A flame sprang from the metal lighter. Yang Bo lit the cigarette in his hand. Looking at the lighter reminded him of Coulson, and thinking of Coulson reminded him of the bastards from earlier that day.
Yang Bo had returned from the Nether to the Marvel Universe with a hefty haul. Ten hours had passed since the attack, but even now, he had no desire to go up and see whether those bastards were still waiting above.
Getting riddled with bullets was hardly a pleasant experience.
"Three fortresses, and all I got was seven diamonds. These fortresses are seriously broke!"
After crafting a Diamond Pickaxe, Yang Bo sorted the items in his inventory and stored them in a chest. Taking what he needed to make [Invisibility Potion], he headed down the passage leading out of the park.
Even after all this time, Yang Bo still couldn't figure out why Hydra had gone straight for the kill. Was it because of Captain America? Or had they struck some sort of deal with the vampires?
"Shouldn't they have tried bribing me or sending a pretty woman first? It's not like my willpower is that strong!"
He spat on the ground, the anger inside him burning even hotter.
The tunnel was quiet. Apart from the crackle of torches, the only sound was his own footsteps. He pulled his phone from his inventory, looked at Coulson's number, and dialed after a moment's thought.
The ringing came through his phone. A few seconds later, Coulson answered. Before he could speak, Yang Bo said, "Coulson, I was attacked!"
On the other end, Coulson frowned, looking deeply conflicted. "Yang, S.H.I.E.L.D. has an agreement with the vampires. We can't launch an all-out war!"
"But I can provide you with some new equipment! Weapons designed specifically to deal
