Chapter Summaries

Yang Bo gathered help to experiment on resurrecting Ajak and brought Phastos to the laboratory, where Phastos’s knowledge advanced the research. The other Eternals arrived, and Yang Bo refused Sersi’s implied plea to release Ikaris, challenging Gilgamesh to defeat Clark instead.

• After Sersi reported that Arishem had said “It’s time,” Yang Bo told her to gather the Eternals and prioritize finding Phastos so they could try to resurrect Ajak.
• A day later, Yang Bo, Ivan, Banner, Tony, Rocket, Kaecilius, and others studied Ajak’s body while keeping Ikaris nearby as a research subject.
• Diana told Yang Bo that Sersi and the others had returned, and he granted them access to Little Planet.
• Phastos confirmed they were not on Earth, introduced himself to Yang Bo, and joined the resurrection experiment, helping it make major progress.
• When Sersi looked at imprisoned Ikaris, Yang Bo refused to consider releasing him and told Gilgamesh he would have to defeat Clark first.

Yang Bo revived Ajak with red matter and discussed plans to study the Eternals, Deviants, and Raven’s genetic abilities. He then asked Ajak and Sersi to accompany him to the Emergence Site to stop Earth’s emergence.

Yang Bo tried to find a way to stop Tiamut's Emergence without killing him or destroying Earth. After the Infinity Stones and Pym Particles failed, Yang Bo remembered the Dimensional Cake Mod and considered sending Tiamut into Minecraft.

• Sersi communicated with Tiamut and told Ajak that he was willing to help them, though he would be born in two days and could not stop the Emergence.
• Yang Bo brought Infinity Thanos and Wanda to the island and asked Thanos to use the Infinity Stones to swap Tiamut out.
• Thanos said the Infinity Stones could not affect the Celestials because they existed before the Stones.

Yang Bo moved Tiamut to another world and worked with Wanda and Thanos to stabilize the massive breach left in Earth. Arishem arrived and confronted Yang Bo over interfering with a Celestial’s birth, revealing that the Celestials had been watching him.

• Yang Bo ordered Wanda and Thanos to repair the breach left by Tiamut, while Thanos used the Infinity Stones to calm the surrounding seawater.
• Wong and Doctor Strange arrived through a Portal, and Yang Bo told them he had moved the gestating Celestial to another world.

• Arishem vanished through a black hole before Yang Bo could ask where other powerful Celestials lived, so Yang Bo returned to the ruined island and told Clark he could not defeat Arishem.
• Sprite said she wanted to leave Earth, but Yang Bo offered to give her a mature body through his company, and she agreed to stay.
• Yang Bo gave Sprite a Teleportation Scroll and left, while Doctor Strange and Wong discussed altering the Sanctum Sanctorums’ magic circles to keep visitors from parallel universes out.

• Jane visited Peter, kissed him goodbye, and invited him to watch her performance while Yang Bo looked on.

Yang Bo entered what he thought was a Minecraft version of Heaven and fought its hostile angels, only to discover that Heaven Sanctuary had been invaded by monsters from his world. The chapter left him and a gray-winged angel realizing that Minecraft’s creatures had been appearing in Heaven for half a year.

• Yang Bo killed five bow-wielding little angels with the Red Matter Katar and collected Holy Light Arrows that dealt 120 damage.
• Yang Bo found a vast palace complex and saw cloth-clad angels fighting armored angels, then attacked the armored angels as intruders in his territory.

Yang Bo flew into Heaven’s central tower after learning that God had left and defeated the angels guarding it. Inside, he met the Power Angel Puensibalitis, who revealed that God had left Heaven’s remaining angels as servants for Yang Bo.

Gorr the God Butcher attacked New Asgard with shadow creatures summoned by All-Black the Necrosword, while Yang Bo sent Hela to confront him. Hela revealed her identity and fought Gorr, who was pierced from behind by the swords she had thrown earlier.

• Valkyrie rallied the Asgardians against the shadow creatures as Yang Bo explained they came from the shadow realm.
• Yang Bo sent Skye into battle and ordered Hela to confront Gorr and capture him if possible.
• A six-winged angel illuminated the battlefield, revealing Gorr approaching with All-Black the Necrosword.
• Hela revealed herself to Valkyrie and the Asgardians, then challenged Gorr and attacked him with her swords.

Angels forced Gorr from the shadows, but Thor then arrived through the Bifrost and both he and Gorr were mortally wounded. Yang Bo resurrected Thor, arranged for Gorr’s soul to be collected, and subdued All-Black the Necrosword, leaving him to consider visiting Eternity.

• The angels’ Holy Light burned Gorr and drove him out of All-Black the Necrosword’s shadows, while Hela resented their interference.
• Thor fell through the Bifrost and collided with Gorr, impaling them both with Stormbreaker and All-Black the Necrosword.
• Jane and Valkyrie rushed to protect Thor, and Thor asked Jane to kill him so Yang Bo could save him.
• Yang Bo resurrected Thor with [Hero Immortal] and took All-Black the Necrosword from Gorr.

Yang Bo traveled with Thor and the others to the City of Omniscience, after teasing Thor about Jane and using the Lasso of Truth on him. As the city came into view, Yang Bo took Skye’s interest in living there seriously.

• Thor thanked Yang Bo, who explained that Gorr was already dead and said he wanted to explore the City of Omniscience.
• After two days of rest, Thor and the group set out for the city aboard their spaceship along the Bifrost.
• Yang Bo made Hela apologize for mocking Thor, then used the Lasso of Truth to reveal Thor’s wish to reunite with Jane.
• Yang Bo told Thor that Jane had not rejected him, and Thor tried to follow her into the cabin before Yang Bo stopped him.
• The group passed through a nebula and saw the City of Omniscience, where Skye said she would like living there and Yang Bo agreed he liked it.

Yang Bo and his companions entered the City of Omniscience to attend the Gods' Assembly, where Zeus made a grand entrance. The assembly began with Zeus asking where to hold this year's orgy.

• Valkyrie offered the group disguises because Zeus and Odin were bitter enemies, but Yang Bo kept the cloaks for their ability to block divine detection.
• Thor guided the group through the Golden Temple, where Yang Bo met the Bun God and Nininoni.

• Zeus arrived in a flashy display with a golden platform and lightning, while Thor praised him as a role model.
