Cyno sat with his arms folded, staring unwaveringly at the man across from him as he scratched his head in frustration, unaware of how much pressure his "focused" gaze was putting on him.

"It's your turn."

Five minutes had passed, and the other man was still dithering. Even Cyno, who was normally patient enough to wait for his opponents during card games, had reached his limit.

"All right, then... one Paimon!"

"Ugh..."

How are you playing the Paimon action card with only one elemental die?

Cyno pressed a hand to his forehead in exasperation and took back the cards remaining in Scott's hand. "I really don't think you have a talent for cards, Scott. Why don't you go back to practicing getting through keyholes?"

"Come on, I already managed to get through a door lock, I've taken my beating from Hope for today, and I've graduated from Dr. Pym's lessons. Just let me relax a little longer."

Scott grabbed Cyno to stop him from leaving. "One more game. Just one!"

"But we've already played three games, and you still don't even understand the rules."

Despite his words, Cyno sat back down.

"All right. In light of your enthusiasm for Genius Invokation TCG, I'll explain it one more time."

Cyno took out the dice and was about to begin explaining.

Scott hurriedly interrupted him. "Wait!"

"What?"

Cyno frowned. Scott sprang out of his seat and ran toward Dr. Pym's study. "I'm going to get a notebook!"

A moment later.

On opposite sides of the table, one man talked nonstop while the other scribbled furiously.

That was the "unusually harmonious" scene Pym and Lin Ze walked in on when they returned from outside.

Lin Ze and Dr. Pym stood a short distance away, watching Scott and Cyno and listening to their conversation.
