Banner pushed Scott, who had been circling the Quantum Tunnel, back into his chair. He stepped back twice, his eyes burning with intensity.
"Say something!"
Scott's eyes widened. "What? What do you want me to say?"

Banner pulled over a chair and sat opposite Scott. Not far from them, Tony lay flattened into a pancake on the couch, a towel covering his face.
"Tell me what you saw in the Quantum Realm, anything you felt or heard. We need some inspiration."
Scott racked his memory, recounting his experiences and impressions one by one.

"Nothing he said is remotely useful as a reference."
Tony grabbed the towel off his face and flung it away. He sprang off the couch with a kip-up and walked over to Scott and Banner, rubbing his face as he went.
"You wasted our precious break time."
