Forgotten?
Jason narrowed his eyes.
"What are you planning to do?"
The three kids all started talking at once, explaining their "perfect" plan-
"We're going to gradually fade the Joker out of Gotham's memory..."
"I made a program specifically to filter the information people see online..."
"We'll slowly replace reports about the Joker's acts of terror with ordinary clown performances and circus recommendations..."
"Of course, police and vigilante files won't be affected..."
"We tracked down the followers who worship the Joker and infiltrated the Joker Gang..."
"We disrupted their gatherings and interfered with their brainwashing of new recruits..."
"We also sent their meeting locations to the people at the Gotham Police Department..."
"We can't really count on them to handle the villains, but they're pretty useful for dealing with the trash in the Joker Gang..."
"I added a little mental suggestion to my singing. It can lift people's spirits and give those who feel lost a little more hope..."
"It might sound far-fetched, but the data shows that Gotham's rate of crimes of passion really is dropping..."
"We're also erasing all the traces the Joker left in Gotham..."
"It's just that the Ace Chemical Plant and that abandoned amusement park on the outskirts are a big problem..."
"We don't own either property or the buildings on them..."
"We have plenty of money, but when it comes to paperwork and things like that, all three of us are still minors..."
"And redeveloping those two properties would draw too much attention..."
"Batman would definitely notice..."
Blah, blah, blah...
Somehow, three kids managed to sound like hundreds of quacking ducks, giving Jason a headache.
"All right! Enough!"
Jason cut off their chatter and rubbed his throbbing temples. "So what did you come to Arkham to do today? Kill the Joker?"
"Of course not."
