"No rush." Miaomiao blinked. "Answering my questions here probably isn't what you want to do most right now, is it?"
Dick smiled a little sheepishly and ruffled Miaomiao's hair. "All right. When I get back, you can ask me anything you want."
With that, Dick dashed out impatiently, climbed onto his motorcycle, and sped toward downtown.
Tim walked over with a cup of coffee and glanced outside. "Did Dick go to see Barbara?"
Jason appeared from who knew where and chimed in, "Managing to thank our little silly fish before running off was already the limit of his self-control. Anyway, silly fish, what did you want to ask Big Bluebird?"
"Nothing much." Miaomiao smiled. "I heard you say Dick's been so busy lately because he's investigating a case, so I was curious. I also wondered if I could help."
Seeing Dick that morning, his face deathly pale and his eyes bloodshot, looking as though he might collapse completely at any moment, had genuinely frightened Miaomiao.

"Then you'll have to ask our little detective." Jason raised an eyebrow at Tim. "It's a Blüdhaven case. The authorities haven't released anything because it's too strange, but our precious Tim definitely has the files."
Tim rolled his eyes at Jason but didn't deny it. He took out the portable computer he carried with him, sat down at the nearby desk, and tapped a few keys.
