To avoid being called something like "Taotao" again, Jason finally told Miaomiao his name.
"Jason Todd. That's my name. Call me Red Hood when we're out, and don't call me 'Taotao'!"
"Taotao..."
"Huh?!"
After getting a glare, Miaomiao corrected herself. "Jason."
It seemed a little too familiar, but it was still much better than that ridiculous "Taotao."
Jason grudgingly accepted the name. "Go on."
"Are you part of the Bat Family too? Why haven't I ever seen you at Wayne Manor?"
Jason sneered. "Obviously, because I'm not part of the Bat Family."
"Liar." Little Merfolk saw straight through Jason's excuse. "There's a huge bat right there on your chest."
In Gotham City, even children knew what a "bat" meant. Miaomiao didn't believe Jason wore something with such an obvious bat emblem just because he thought it looked nice.
The bat might have been red, but it definitely had something to do with Batman!
"Fine, I'll tell you."
Jason found a long wooden board in a corner of the Safehouse and laid it across the bathtub as a table. He set the oatmeal and macaroni he had cooked on it, flashing a mocking smile that belonged to Red Hood.
"Red is the color of blood. And yes, I dress like this because of Batman-"
"So I can yank that bastard's wings!"

Little Merfolk wanted to ask for details, but the moment she opened her mouth, Jason stuffed a cherry tomato into it.
"Just eat. Even food can't shut you up. Your voice is hoarse and you're still talking this much. Doesn't your throat hurt anymore?"

With her mouth stuffed full, Miaomiao could only chew, chew, chew, then swallow the food in her mouth. And then...
