Ririko carried a small pack of pale blue cans, their labels reading, "WayneTech Mechanical Care Series-24-hour lasting freshness, rust and corrosion protection."
She went to Cyborg's door and knocked twice.
Metallic footsteps sounded from inside.
The door opened, revealing Cyborg. His red optical lens focused on her face first, then slowly lowered to the pack of cans in her hand.
His human left eye narrowed slightly.
"Can I... help you?"
Ririko pushed the cans into his hands and gave him a "friendly" smile.
"WayneTech's latest product. It'll keep your armor smelling fresh all day. It's lemon-scented, with a hint of cedar underneath. Perfect for a... tough guy like you."
Cyborg looked down at the can of polish, his expression somewhere between confusion and wariness.
Ririko had already slipped sideways past him into the room.
Cyborg's room was sparse. An egg-shaped charging and hibernation pod stood in the center, resting equipment Bruce had arranged especially for him.
The remaining furniture had the same cold, metallic finish, seemingly designed to withstand a few knocks.
There was nothing else in the room.
Apparently, aside from charging, he had no need for personal belongings.
Cyborg closed the door and turned to look at her.
He held the polish without comment, the pale blue metal can looking a little ridiculous in his palm.
"Such a generous gift... is there something I can help you with?"
Ririko turned around, clasped her hands behind her back, and blinked.
"Can you change the numbers in a bank account?"
Cyborg's right eyebrow rose slightly, as though he had understood her intentions.
He pushed the polish back into Ririko's hands. "That's illegal."
"You must have done it before... with your abilities, there's no way you haven't made a little extra money for yourself."
"Steve has always supported me," Cyborg said
