Princess Ilisa, now seven years old, hurriedly had her maid help her into her leather armor, then rode her pink Great Dragon, Aphrodite, toward the docks.
Three-year-old Aphrodite was already as large as a wild horse, just barely big enough to take to the battlefield.

Isabel Castle was a beautiful rainbow-colored castle Danyla had built for Igaia and Ilisa. Though not particularly grand in scale, it was exceptionally sturdy.

At the dock fortress, the well-trained Unsullied sprang into action with mechanical precision under the command of their commander, Wyvern.

These were the latest Volley Ballistae developed on Holy Flame Island, capable of launching their enormous bolts in a single volley.
The Deep Ones' first assault came fast and hard. Hundreds upon thousands of hideous mermaid hybrids leaped from the sea, their slippery webbed feet slapping against the rainbow glass dragonstone of the docks with sickening splats.
The monsters in the front ranks carried enormous Coral Heavy Shields, keeping their bearers well protected. Behind them, long-armed Merfolk throwers pulled dark green, sea-urchin-like weapons from their belts and hurled them toward the walls with sweeping swings of their arms.
