The Black Domain Great Plains were known as the gateway to the Black-Corner Region, and Black Storms frequently arose in this peculiar land.
This weather phenomenon was unique to the area and occurred so often that encountering one was commonplace. Most, however, were small Black Storms. They caused trouble for experienced travelers, but did not threaten their lives.
The recruitment party had been exceptionally lucky. An eerie black mist shrouded the Black Domain Great Plains ahead. The brewing Black Storm had yet to emerge, but it already filled Yan Xin with dread, proof that this storm would be no small affair. It was at least a medium-sized one.
Had they been caught within it, even Yan Xin, a four-star Da Dou Shi, would not have dared guarantee her survival, let alone that of the other new and returning students.
