The Nine-Tailed Demon Fox Yaoyao sobbed so hard she could not speak, while Wang Quan stood beside her, unsure what to say.
Later, when he saw Yaoyao's tears turn into all kinds of gemstones, he picked them up to toy with them.
These gemstones were dazzling and bright, with strange power contained within them.
Used to refine spells, Divine Abilities, or even Magic Treasures, they could add a little extra power.
Seeing this, he simply found a sack and placed it in front of Yaoyao.
Yaoyao buried her head in the sack and bawled her eyes out.
Soon, the sack was full. She asked Wang Quan for another and kept crying.
Only after crying seven or eight sacks full of tear-gems did she stop.
Wang Quan put the sacks away and said rather regretfully, "Not crying anymore?"
Yaoyao wiped the corners of her eyes and said in a delicate voice, "My eyes hurt from crying."
Hearing this, Wang Quan was rather disappointed. "Next time you feel like crying, remember to get your sacks ready beforehand."
"Your tears are all treasures. Don't waste them."
The Nine-Tailed Demon Fox Yaoyao gritted her teeth. "Don't you have any sympathy at all?"
Wang Quan silently handed her a pile of sacks. "Of course I do!"
"But treasures still need collecting."
Yaoyao put the sacks away and sighed. "Give me Peach Blossom's things, so I can look at them and remember her."
Wang Quan quickly handed her the Peach Blossom Martial Emperor's Imperial Scripture.
When Yaoyao saw the Imperial Scripture and flipped through its contents, her eyes reddened despite herself. Then she pulled out a sack and began weeping in desolate misery.
Seeing this, Wang Quan dared not disturb her. He rose and headed straight for the source.
