Unable to pass through that strange layer of energy, Lu Feng traveled along the empty space between the Blood Sea and the bloody mist, hoping to find a gap in the energy layer and escape.
But after wandering around for who knew how long, he discovered, helplessly, that there was no opening through which he could leave. The entire energy layer was like an enormous pot lid, covering the whole Blood Sea without a single gap, giving anyone who stumbled into this place no chance at all.

This eerie situation made Lu Feng's hair stand on end, and he even considered abandoning his descent. He firmly believed his instincts were right. Something was definitely watching him; he simply did not know where.
