Power Progression

Stage / Realm / Level Chapter Notes
Human transformation 2 Recalled as an early event: Tongtian helped him survive the lightning tribulation encountered while transforming from a bodhi sapling.
Profound Immortal 4 His starting cultivation when the system begins rewarding him. An inadequate innate foundation had prevented further advancement.
Golden Immortal 4 Absorbed 100,000 years of cultivation after a disciple reached 80% nurturing progress. Also received the Yellow Middle Plum to improve his foundation.
Primordial Unity Golden Immortal 8 Jinguang Xian’s 70% nurturing progress yielded another 100,000 years of cultivation, carrying him through late-stage and peak Golden Immortal into the next realm.
Late-stage Primordial Unity Golden Immortal 12 Successive rewards from multiple disciples accumulated into another breakthrough; he then consolidated his cultivation.
Late-stage Daluo Golden Immortal 27 Received 800,000 years of cultivation for the disciples’ victory over the Chan Sect. Deliberately suppressed further advancement rather than immediately entering Quasi-Sage.
Middle-stage Quasi-Sage 40 Accepted an 800,000-year cultivation reward alongside 900,000 years already accumulated. Gained sharper perception of heaven and earth and the ability to peer into Heavenly Secrets.
Peak third-stage Saint 132 134 The disciples’ collective breakthroughs in the secret realm reward him with advancement to the Saint Realm. He passes through its first three stages and stabilizes at the peak of the third. His existing Dao principles are also raised to maximum proficiency and transformed into Sage Dao laws.
Peak ninth-stage Saint 167 Absorbs spiritual energy released from the Chaos Green Lotus while the being identified as little Pangu begins gestating within it.
Primordial Unity Heavenly Dao realm 199 200 203 Receives one billion years of cultivation and further Dao comprehension after a disciple becomes a Saint. Initially suppresses the reward, then begins a breakthrough that affects Hongjun’s and Luohu’s Daos. His completed advancement is explicitly recognized during his battle with Hongjun.
Variable later Saint / Primordial Unity descriptions 215 222 230 262 293 312 313 Later battle passages variously describe him as an early-stage Saint at great perfection, a Saint at the peak, an ordinary Primordial Unity expert, a Primordial Unity Saint, or a half-step Primordial Unity Saint. These descriptions do not establish a consistent sequence of further advancements.
Heavenly Immortal in the later Five Elements narrative 363 366 369 392 The Scruffy Old Man strengthens his foundations with nearly ten thousand five-source immortal crystal stones during his advancement. His Heavenly Immortal aura is subsequently observed, and he explicitly states that he has reached the realm.
Profound Immortal in the later Five Elements narrative 446 448 Emerges from the High Priest’s trials with a primordial spirit and five meridians connecting his upper and middle dantians. The High Priest had secretly locked his realm while subjecting him to more than four hundred times normal gravity. His released true qi is described as comparable in potency to that of a peak Golden Immortal.
Golden Immortal in the later Five Elements narrative 486 487 Breaks through while gravely wounded by the Ten Thousand Poisons Sect master’s youngest disciple. An essence flower forms in his purple mansion, raising his true qi to a new level.
Chaos five elements power 542 Studies the ancient Five Elements Evolution Art and cultivates in seclusion for several months. His five elements true qi fuses into a higher form of energy, enabling him to neutralize Kuang Tianhao’s attack and subdue the hostile cultivators. No further named cultivation realm is specified.

Background / History

Lu Feng transmigrated from a later age before the Interception Sect was founded. His previous life included a workplace marked by scheming and backstabbing. Arriving as a tiny bodhi sapling, he nearly died during his transformation tribulation before Tongtian intervened. He subsequently followed Tongtian to Golden Ao Island 1 2.

Tongtian refused Lu Feng’s request to become his disciple after performing divinations, but later appointed him deputy sect leader. Lu Feng managed the sanctuary, watched successive generations join, and personally instructed nearly all the first-generation disciples. Although he considered leaving after recognizing the sect’s identity, gratitude toward Tongtian and affection for the young Duobao kept him there 1 2.

His stay lasted over 100,000 years and included witnessing the Witch-Demon Tribulation. Knowing the Interception Sect’s expected fate during the Investiture of the Gods Tribulation, he repeatedly sought a way to save it. Heavenly Secrets obstructed his attempts to explain that future directly to Tongtian, leaving him dependent on indirect warnings and preventive action 1 2.

After disbanding the sect, Lu Feng develops increasingly active means of protecting its disciples. He fortifies Golden Ao Island, opens cultivation opportunities, and eventually reaches the Saint Realm through the system’s rewards. Tongtian later credits the dissolution with preventing further trouble and recognizes Lu Feng’s importance to the advances made by himself, Nuwa, and the disciples 85 114 132 161.

His intervention expands from protecting the sect to manipulating the conflict between Hongjun and Luohu. He arranges for Luohu’s involvement to divert Hongjun’s attention, then proposes using heavenly merit to complete the Devil Dao and create a karmic debt owed by the Heavenly Dao to the Demon Gate. Luohu subsequently exposes Lu Feng as the scheme’s mastermind, undermining his efforts to remain hidden and attracting Hongjun’s murderous attention 161 186 189 195.

The later Five Elements narrative supplies a separate account of Lu Feng’s upbringing in Xinghe City. He tells Gu Xijue that he is an orphan found and brought home by Grandpa, considers Xinghe City his home, and says that the Su Family treated him well. The accompanying account describes him as having fallen from the sky with unknown origins. His experience assisting the Su Family’s Second Miss with officials and dignitaries, while dealing with people from other social strata, gives him considerable familiarity with intrigue and persuasion 396 412.

In this later narrative, Lu Feng studies under the Scruffy Old Man, travels through the Five Sacred Mountains Divine Continent, and undergoes three years of severe trials imposed by the Witch Clan’s High Priest. He survives further dangers around Deadwater and the Blood Sea, reaches Golden Immortal, and eventually masters the Five Elements Evolution Art. His final role is to reconcile competing cultivators and encourage their joint pursuit of the Kunlun Immortal Realm’s prosperity 346 364 448 449 487 542.

Personality

Lu Feng is protective but willing to make painful decisions. He disbands the sect despite the disciples’ protests because he regards their survival as more important than preserving the institution. He also allows the Long-Eared Dingguang Immortal to leave without punishment, knowing that an early departure could prevent his future betrayal of the others 1 2.

He favors caution and stable foundations over spectacular gains. After repeated system-driven breakthroughs, he consistently returns to consolidation; at late-stage Daluo Golden Immortal, he actively restrains his cultivation. His advice to Jinguang Xian likewise prioritizes thinking through danger and abandoning opportunities that cannot safely be taken 8 10 12 27.

His generosity is practical rather than ceremonial. He lets Jinguang Xian keep both treasures obtained from his story, shelters him while he recovers, and offers to turn the stolen Jade Void Palace into weapons for the disciples. When presented with the palace’s destruction, he accepts that it cannot simply be undone instead of reprimanding those responsible 8 38.

Despite his normally composed manner, Lu Feng becomes openly exasperated when his system arrives immediately after he has dispersed its intended beneficiaries. He also has a strong enthusiasm for Flat Peaches: he preserves the rare tree rather than consuming it and later postpones cultivation to try accelerating its fruit production 2 11 39.

His caution coexists with an increasingly audacious and opportunistic approach to powerful enemies. He intends to profit from both sides of Hongjun’s conflict with Luohu without openly joining either, prepares teleportation arrangements to recover treasures, and regards his dealings with Luohu as mutual exploitation rather than a dependable alliance. He nevertheless strongly objects when Luohu publicly reveals his central role 161 162 189 195.

Lu Feng frequently teases Tongtian and Nuwa. His mockery of Tongtian can be deliberately provocative: on one occasion, he incites his master into chasing him as a means of releasing the worries Tongtian has long suppressed. His interactions with Nuwa include insults, playful physical familiarity, and resistance to Tongtian’s attempts to bring them together 76 85 114 120 186 188.

In the later narrative, he remains sensitive to danger but becomes stubborn when challenged. He refuses to flee from the Nine Evils after emerging from seclusion because he believes he can defeat them, and his refusal to back down before Liu Ziqian contributes to his dangerous entrapment by the Five Divine Swords. He can also be ruthlessly vengeful, looting and destroying multiple Ten Thousand Poisons Sect outposts after its disciple nearly kills him 346 362 382 490.

His attachments influence how far he will risk himself. He worries that his actions might implicate Su Yuexi and Su Yuexin and asks his master to protect them; he is particularly willing to risk everything for Su Yuexin. Although attracted to Fenfen Chengkuai, he initially places survival above that attraction and remains wary of her dangerous temperament 348 390 409.

By the finale, Lu Feng uses overwhelming strength to end immediate threats but rejects continued enmity. He asks the cultivators to abandon prejudice and preserve the Kunlun Immortal Realm’s peace together, then mediates a reconciliation among the Sacred Grounds’ disciples 542.

Abilities & Skills

Jie Sect Disciple Cultivation System

The system activates after Lu Feng completes the Interception Sect Bond Mission by disbanding the sect. It distributes his novels throughout the Primordial World and rewards him when readers gain insights and grow stronger 2.

  • Progress-based rewards: Grants cultivation, spiritual roots, laws, treasures, and other resources at documented nurturing milestones 4 8 12.
  • Compatibility bonuses: A perfect match between Zhao Gongming and his opportunity unlocks an additional reward, teaching Lu Feng to consider which stories suit particular disciples 11.
  • Completion reward: The system states that 100% nurturing progress can yield an ultimate reward such as perfect mastery of a law 4.
  • Group achievements: Rewards the Interception Sect disciples’ victory over the Chan Sect, not merely individual comprehension 27.
  • Readers outside the sect: Nezha’s comprehension while still affiliated with the Chan Sect also earns rewards and counts toward the system’s ten candidates 31.
  • Tribulation intervention: Explicitly offers generous rewards for changing the course of the Investiture of the Gods Tribulation 49.
  • Collective breakthrough rewards: The disciples’ advancement in the secret realm grants his Saint breakthrough, upgrades all his existing Dao principles into Sage Dao laws, and supplies a Pangu Secret Realm Key, a Jade Disc of Creation Fragment, and the Chaos Bead 132.
  • Saint-level disciple rewards: A disciple’s breakthrough to Saint raises the corresponding Dao principles to 99% proficiency and grants a Jade Disc of Creation Fragment, one billion years of cultivation, and further artifact-refining mastery 199.
  • Advanced facility and technique rewards: Later rewards include the Divine Weapon Pavilion’s third floor, greater Sage Dao proficiency, ten strands of primordial violet qi, and the Aura Mimicry Technique 167.

Novel-Based Legacies

Lu Feng records mythological tales in jade slips, bamboo slips, and other written works. Their worlds allow readers to experience extraordinary lives and derive cultivation arts, laws, or treasures from them 3 8 10.

  • Immersive instruction: Qiongxiao’s jade slip lets her witness a female Saint’s life; Jinguang Xian’s story likewise provides a Saint-life experience 3 8.
  • Diverse subjects: Writes stories about attaining sagehood, then pioneers a formation genre upon completing his hundredth novel 20.
  • Targeted opportunities: Negotiates access to system maps so he can locate disciples and guide them toward suitable discoveries 3.
  • Novel Transmission: A one-use reward for completing 100 novels sends his new work to the disciple best suited to it; the formation novel reaches Ma Sui 20.
  • Concealment: Once his novels become legacies in the disciples’ hands, they briefly obscure Heavenly Secrets, making even Saints struggle to detect the connection 31.
  • Writing speed: Uses spiritual power to complete a new novel in half a day 20.
  • Complexity: A tale containing an entire world of laws is explicitly described as difficult to write, despite his ability to finish less demanding works quickly 62.
  • Continued production: Returns to complete another unfinished novel after discussing his plans with Tongtian 186.
  • Attention from Hongjun: The novels become sufficiently important that Hongjun questions Yuanshi about them and announces his intention to investigate them personally 76.

Laws and Dao Comprehension

Law / Power Acquisition and documented use
Wood Law Comprehended independently rather than received from the system 24.
Defensive immortal law Obtained through a Dao Principle Fragment after Jinguang Xian’s breakthrough; primarily defensive 8.
Formation Law Awarded after comprehension of the formation novel; Lu Feng associates the reward with Golden Hoop Immortal 23 24.
Six additional unnamed laws Acquired through the sect-victory rewards at relatively low proficiency 27.
Law of Yin fragment Rewarded when Nezha: Birth of the Demon Child reaches 75% comprehension 31.
Immortal Dao law Awarded after Duobao’s comprehension reaches 97% 38.
Time Law Used to create a Time Domain and accelerate the Flat Peach Tree’s development 39.
Devouring Law Engraved into a red bowl intended for Qiongxiao 39.
Chaos Law Awarded when a disciple reaches 80% comprehension 41.
Devil Dao laws and ancient demon laws The Devil Dao laws are already mastered when the system raises his ancient demon law comprehension to 80% and awards the God-Slaying Spear Blueprint 93.
Sage Dao laws His existing Dao principles reach maximum proficiency and transform into Sage Dao laws upon his Saint breakthrough. Further rewards increase their proficiency toward the Heavenly Dao level 132 147 167.
Strength Dao principles Awarded at complete proficiency, but displayed as 99% because a portion is sealed until his cultivation reaches Saint Realm Peak. The system states that lifting the seal will also assist advancement to the next realm 147.
Establish and Destroy principles Uses the Pangu Banner’s principles in combat against Hongjun 203.
  • By Chapter 24, Lu Feng possesses six laws, described at that point as perfectly mastered. Later acquisitions do not all share that proficiency: the six new laws are initially weakly understood, and his Time Law comprehension is explicitly shallow 24 27 39.
  • His first Time Domain succeeds immediately, but its demonstrated use is limited to hastening growth. The Flat Peach Tree eventually reaches a threshold beyond which further acceleration becomes ineffective 39.
  • At late-stage Daluo Golden Immortal, he estimates that his laws and treasures could let him contest a late-stage Quasi-Sage; this is an assessment, not a demonstrated battle result 27.
  • The system describes a progression in which fully proficient Sage Dao principles transform into Heavenly Dao principles and subsequently Great Dao principles. Lu Feng intends to pursue the next realm without surrendering himself to the path taken by Hongjun 147.
  • At his later height, cultivation rewards alone have limited effect: he judges that one billion years of cultivation will improve him only modestly compared with Dao comprehension and the choice of his future path 199.

Great Dao-Level Artifact Refining

Lu Feng receives a Great Dao-level artifact-refining skill following Duobao’s advancement to Quasi-Sage 38.

  • Takes the dismantled Jade Void Palace as material for weapons requested by the disciples 38.
  • Refines Qiongxiao’s red bowl in a furnace over an entire day, adding Great Dao Script and Devouring Law inscriptions 39.
  • Receives three strands of primordial violet qi for completing his first refinement 39.
  • Obtains a God-Slaying Spear Blueprint that can restore the damaged spear if he locates it 93.
  • Later undertakes the final refinement of a God-Slaying Spear described as an innate spiritual treasure; even his advanced skill does not make the task effortless 147.
  • Gains further mastery of artifact-refining techniques after a disciple reaches Saint 199.

Spiritual-Root Cultivation

Lu Feng cultivates spiritual roots both to improve his innate foundation and to preserve useful resources 4 12.

  • Absorbs the Yellow Middle Plum to address the foundation that had stalled his cultivation 4.
  • Plants surplus roots beneath the Flat Peach Tree rather than consuming more than his foundation can use 12.
  • Uses Cultivation Solution that saves 6,000 years of growth in one application 20.
  • Benefits from the spiritual power generated by the growing wood-element roots, increasing his own cultivation speed 27.
  • Combines five-colored divine soil, Divine Light Spirit Water, and Time Law to hasten the Flat Peach Tree’s development 39.
  • Accumulates enough spirit herbs around his cave to leave Tongtian dumbstruck; Luohu is likewise surprised by the number of innate spiritual roots there 114 188.
  • Absorbs spiritual energy from the Chaos Green Lotus and gains access to a developed chaos world within the Divine Weapon Pavilion’s third floor that can sustain the lotus until full maturity 167.

Surveillance and Disciple Support

  • Zixiao Palace surveillance: A system gift manifests a mirror through which Lu Feng observes Hongjun, the Investiture of the Gods List, the God-Beating Whip, and the Saints’ discussions 41 45.
  • Comprehension Secret Realm: Opens a realm for disciples who have already gained insights from novel worlds, allowing deeper comprehension of laws and Daoist arts 48.
  • Distributed access: Glowing gates appear throughout the Primordial World, allowing scattered disciples such as Duobao to enter without first returning to Golden Ao Island 49.
  • Pangu inheritance access: Gives Tongtian two Pangu Secret Realm Keys and sends him to pursue the inheritance while taking responsibility for the Chan Sect challengers outside the island 134.
  • Primordial violet qi reserves: After the resource becomes less useful for his own advancement, keeps additional strands to help Jie Sect disciples reach Saint, anticipating further benefits when their Dao principles transform 147.
  • Broader cultivation assistance: Tongtian attributes the disciples’ formation, Nuwa’s advancement, and his own advancement to Lu Feng. Jiang Shang and Ji Fa are also included in the gathering for cultivation opportunities 161.

Formations, Restrictions, and Aura Concealment

  • Island fortifications: Covers Golden Ao Island in formations in preparation for the coming conflict 85.
  • Saint-level resistance: Tests a formation against Tongtian and determines that it can restrain a Saint and, at full power, inflict some injuries. He also acknowledges that Tongtian’s unfamiliarity with the formation and reluctance to damage Golden Ao Island favor the test; hostile Saints using Innate Supreme Treasures would pose a greater threat 110.
  • Misleading explanations: Later claims to Tongtian that Nuwa installed the island’s formations to keep Tongtian out 114.
  • Treasure retrieval formations: Plans teleportation arrangements that would return the formations and potentially retrieve other valuables if enemies place the associated treasures in their vaults 162.
  • Long-distance teleportation: Plans a trace-free formation to reach Luohu across an immense distance, recognizing that both range and concealment make it difficult 167.
  • Aura Mimicry Technique: Receives a system technique and tests it by copying Pangu’s aura. Tongtian notices the resulting presence while speaking with Houtu 167.
  • Restriction unraveling: Identifies unraveling restrictions as a specialty when attempting to take Hongjun’s guarded Jade Disc of Creation 182.
  • Nine-rune aura transformations: In the later narrative, studies nine cave-exit runes with the Mystic Origin Bright Dao Eye and spends nearly a year memorizing their qi patterns. Masters nine borrowed auras, including death qi and poisonous qi, in addition to his own Human Race aura, and leaves the cave unharmed by its death qi 477.
  • Seclusion wards: Sets multiple layers of restrictive wards around the valley where he cultivates the Five Elements Evolution Art 542.

Five Elements Arts and Technique Imitation

In the later narrative, Lu Feng’s Five Elements Art works with the Mystic Origin Bright Dao Eye to reproduce the circulation patterns of other cultivators’ true qi. His unusual bodily structure removes the normal difficulties of adapting another person’s meridian routes: at one point, his entire body is described as a single meridian 363 364 377.

Technique / Ability Function and documented use
Five Elements Art Cultivates true qi of the five elements. Initially provides no independent divine abilities, but Lu Feng later realizes that the elements can produce true qi of any attribute and potentially give rise to chaos 348 364.
Canglang Art Learns it while absorbing innate Ren Water qi, completing his five-colored golden core and filling his fifth meridian with water-type true qi 356.
Mystic Origin Bright Dao Eye Observes the routes used to activate secret arts, assists technique imitation, examines aura-transforming runes, and detects fluctuations of heaven and earth essence 366 477 501.
Five Elements Palm Channels his five elements true qi into a palm attack; used against the Ten Thousand Poisons Sect master’s youngest disciple 486.
Clone Technique Copies Liu Xiaofei’s inherited technique and produces roughly a dozen versions of himself. His first demonstrated version is stiffer and less flexible than Liu Xiaofei’s 367.
Witch Clan spells Copies Liu Ying’s Weakness Spell and Petrification Spell, sealing her ability to fight and turning her to stone before she is removed by a flash of light 440.
Copied sword techniques Learns moves of the Azure Sea Canglang Sword Technique and later uses the Mountain-Moving and Sea-Filling Sword Technique, Kan Yuan Golden Light Sword, and Southern Bright Lihuo Sword Technique 364 454.
Five Elements Evolution Art Deciphers the ancient art recorded on a tablet. After months of seclusion, perfectly fuses his five elements true qi into chaos five elements power 542.
  • His five elements support one another in an ongoing cycle, giving him deeper true qi reserves than ordinary cultivators. With his other arts, imitated techniques can become stronger in his hands than in those of their original users 377.
  • At the Panshen Heavenly Palace, defeats eight Kunlun Immortal Realm disciples in less than two hours using their own specialties against them 377.
  • His imitation is not initially universal: Sun Jiuyang’s talisman arts remain an exception to the techniques he can reproduce 377.
  • Sometimes fights with ordinary seized swords rather than the Rusty Sword because the latter ends encounters too quickly for opponents to display the abilities he wants to study 366.
  • Fuses his five elements true qi into a new force while fighting Kuang Tianhao, then identifies a flaw in the Pangu Splitting Heaven Fist and disrupts the opponent’s true qi with a fingertip strike 541.
  • The completed Five Elements Evolution Art requires prolonged cultivation in a place rich in five elements spiritual energy and carries a risk of losing control. Its successful cultivation allows him to neutralize Kuang Tianhao’s fist attack with a palm and overwhelm the surrounding hostile cultivators 542.

Heavenly Deficiency Divine Art and Supporting Techniques

Technique Function and limitations
Heavenly Deficiency Divine Art Provides several supporting cultivation techniques and unusually dense true qi. Repeated use initially has serious adverse effects; Lu Feng pursues the Five Elements Art in part to prevent damage to his internal organs 356 363 364.
Fight-to-the-Death Divine Art Greatly increases his fighting strength and causes his true qi to surge severalfold. Uses it in combination with clones, during his struggle against the Five Divine Swords, and against the poison sect disciple 367 382 486.
Greased-Soles Cultivation Technique Provides an escape method that Lu Feng considers sufficient to flee the Nine Evils’ ambush, particularly when combined with the Rusty Sword’s formation-breaking ability 361 362.
Borrowed-Tiger’s-Might / Fox-Borrowing-Tiger’s-Might Cultivation Technique Strengthens divine sense and multiplies reaction speed. Lu Feng generally uses it less than the other techniques because of his limited mental power and lack of related offensive arts 362 383 437.
Withered Wood Rejuvenation Cultivation Technique Restores severe bodily damage and can rebuild him with greater resistance to stresses such as crushing pressure and fire. Its major drawback is that recovery can leave him unconscious. It also counters Liu Ying’s disabling spells and suppresses the Five-Colored Jade Toad’s poison 437 440 470 486.
Yan’e Drunken Immortal Steps An evasive movement art used against multiple opponents. As a Heavenly Immortal, his movement speed is described as nearly rivaling a Golden Immortal’s 367 376 392.
Spiritual Resonance Sword A technique learned at the Panshen Heavenly Palace and later used in his counterattack against the Ten Thousand Poisons Sect master’s youngest disciple 437 486.

Combat Abilities and Demonstrated Limits

  • Combat against Hongjun: At the Primordial Unity Heavenly Dao level, uses the Pangu Banner and Tongtian’s Immortal Slaying Sword to attack Hongjun. Their exchanges tear through space; Hongjun’s chaos supreme treasure armor prevents Lu Feng’s shoulder-piercing attack from becoming decisive 203.
  • Autonomous treasure defense: His many top-tier defensive treasures respond to mortal danger and prolong a stalemate despite Hongjun’s superior strength. Their operation remains dependent on available power rather than providing unlimited protection 209.
  • Secret defensive art: Survives attacks that leave dozens of bloody wounds and credits a secret defensive art with preventing his death 213.
  • Physical and elemental combat: Uses blood fiend energy, twelve crimson-flame swords, black-mist movement, flames, claws, spears, and direct blows in his prolonged fights with Hongjun. Repeatedly breaks Hongjun’s chaos cages and wounds him with counterattacks 240 273.
  • Axe techniques: An axe attack is described as powerful enough to overcome Hongjun’s strongest defensive divine ability 226.
  • Hongjun’s counterattacks: His offensive claims do not consistently translate into victory. Hongjun destroys his red spear and leaves him badly injured; another passage states that incomplete refinement of spiritual medicines by his nascent soul prevents him from unleashing his full power 231 270.
  • Nine-Turn arts: During combat with the War-Heaven Demon God, is credited with the second level of the Nine-Turn Mystical Art and mastery of the Nine-Turn Divine Thunder Art, including its third level, the Nine-Turn Thunder Aura Art 293.
  • Body enlargement: Channels demonic qi to expand his physique to seventeen or eighteen zhang 320.
  • War-Heaven Demon God’s defeat: Uses a mysterious stone tablet against Demon God’s Wrath, fights with the Chaos Diagram, and kills the demon god by piercing his chest with a chaos spear 322.
  • Later true qi reserves: After reaching Golden Immortal in the Five Elements narrative, his true qi is described as rivaling that of a peak Daluo Golden Immortal. He kills a group of Monster Tribe pursuers, including Daluo Golden Immortals, after Sun Jiuyang separates their forces with spells 505.
  • Incomplete practical mastery: Even with abundant five elements true qi, he initially struggles to apply it effectively against specialized martial techniques. Shi Ziye’s Martial Extreme Fist injures him before his later mastery of the Five Elements Evolution Art resolves that limitation 539 542.

  • War-Heaven Demon God’s spoils — Claims the demon god’s storage ring, corpse, and other materials; consumes pills that substantially increase his strength 322.
  • Rusty Sword — A central weapon in the later narrative, capable of breaking formations and cutting through exceptionally resistant targets. The Scruffy Old Man says that its power is tied to Lu Feng’s cultivation and that mastering it will remove his need for another weapon. Other cultivators suspect it is an Immortal King Divine Weapon 347 356 362 366 469.
  • Sword Scabbard — Uses it to block attacks from the Five Divine Swords and later fights Monster Tribe pursuers with it alongside the Rusty Sword 384 385 505.
