Watching the Two from the West sing the same tune, Tongtian felt nothing but irritation.
"If you have something to say, say it. Why all these barbed insinuations?"
Seeing the displeasure on Tongtian's face, Heavenly Venerable Yuanshi spoke as well.
"Junior Brother Tongtian, since when has anyone been allowed to do wrong and walk away unscathed?"
Taishang Laozi nodded.
"Precisely."
"Since you've done wrong, Junior Brother, you ought to make amends sooner rather than later."

"Now you intend to swagger off home. That hardly seems appropriate, does it?"
