• Chu Xingchen took Li Yingling as his first disciple, and her rapid cultivation earned him a Flawless Golden Core and the Supreme Lunar True Profound Spirit Water Heart Sutra.
• Li Yingling broke through to Foundation Establishment, while Chu Xingchen recruited the regressor Li Xingtian and gave him the Millennium Bone Jade and a body-refining art.
• Chu Xingchen learned that the Clearwind Sect’s mine held spirit stones and abused workers, then found Ning Qianqian and heard how the sect had deceived her village.

Chu Xingchen helped Zhao Wanqing investigate the blood-qi attacks, uncovering the Spirit Evil Cult’s plans and signs that a sect had already been sacrificed. After taking his disciples to the Lantern Festival, he joined Yaoqin at Chanwood Temple, where the group encountered Yuankong and debated whether the Dharma Assembly’s wish power was meant for him.

• Chu Xingchen settled into a rented residence with Li Yingling and Li Xingtian, then asked Yaoqin to investigate Blood Qi Spirit Stones from the Clearwind Sect mine.
• After Chu Xingchen rescued a Demon-Suppression Bureau constable suffering from blood qi, Zhao Wanqing enlisted him and Li Xingtian to investigate the attacks.
• Li Xingtian and Zhao Wanqing found a slaughtered village and a black-robed evil cultivator, who forced them to retreat after Li Xingtian drove him off.
• Chu Xingchen and Zhao Wanqing traced the ritual stones to the Spirit Evil Cult, and Guan Quan revealed that its members had come from Central Province before a staged confrontation ended with his death.
• Chu Xingchen concluded that the evil cultivators had likely sacrificed a sect, while Yaoqin warned him to avoid investigating the Clearwind Sect and said specialists from Central Province would handle the matter.

Chu Xingchen and Yaoqin traced the Evil Spirit Cult’s search for an Immortal Seed to the Wind Sword Sect and killed the woman refining a child into a Sacred Fetus. Chu Xingchen took the rescued Chen Baiqing as his third disciple, then received a letter and a storage ring from Xie Lingyu.

• Yuanjing used the temple’s accumulated Wish Power to break the Arhat’s seal on Yuankong, then publicly expelled him from Chanwood Temple while privately offering him a home.
• Chu Xingchen treated Zhao Zhengyang and learned that Evil Cultivators sought the Immortal Seed, leading Yaoqin to investigate the Clearwind Sect with him.
• Chu Xingchen and Yaoqin exposed Shangguan Hong’s connection to the Evil Cultivators, recruited Zheng Xiaofeng as a Heavenly Derivation Sect gate sweeper, and captured Elder Li, who revealed the plan to create a Holy Mother.
• Chu Xingchen and Yaoqin destroyed the Evil Cultivator operation at the Clearwind Sect mine, then posed as couriers to follow the Blood Qi Spirit Stones to the Wind Sword Sect’s hidden cave.
• Inside the cave, Chu Xingchen took control of the blood qi as Yaoqin fought the Holy Mother, and together they killed her and disrupted the ritual refining a child into a Sacred Fetus.
• Chu Xingchen stopped Yaoqin from killing the rescued girl, brought her to Yuzhou City, and named her Chen Baiqing, who accepted him as her master.
• Chu Xingchen broke through to the Nascent Soul Realm and welcomed Chen Baiqing into his home as his third disciple, where his household prepared a meal and new clothes for her.
• The next morning, a veiled messenger delivered Chu Xingchen a letter signed by Xie Lingyu and a storage ring containing at least a thousand Spirit Stones.

Chu Xingchen established the beginnings of his sect, helped Yuankong retrieve the Buddha Heart, and stood with Li Yingling as she returned to her family’s estate. The group left the capital after Li Yingling chose to honor her mother by planting orchids, while Chu Xingchen gave Li Xingtian Spirit Stones before his planned departure.

• Chu Xingchen secured a site over an underground spirit vein, arranged construction with the Clearwind Sect, and began building the True Martial Hall with help from Ning Kun and Ning Qianqian.
• Chu Xingchen joined Yuankong and Li Yingling in the Jialan Buddha Ruins, where he helped Yuankong restore the Buddha Heart by changing the walking corpses’ lives in Peach Blossom Village.
• Yuankong climbed the illusory Ten-Thousand-Zhang Mountain, recovered the Buddhist treasures and Buddha Heart, and left to save his senior brother.
• Chu Xingchen returned to find the Clearwind Sect’s construction halted after the Heavenly Derivation Sect arrested implicated elders, then moved his disciples into their partially built sect.
• After Li Xingtian reached the Golden Core realm, Chu Xingchen and his disciples accompanied Li Yingling to the capital to confront her family.
• Li Yingling learned her mother lay in an unmarked mass grave, and Chu Xingchen made Marquis Li summon those who had mistreated them.
• Li Yingling asked the Li family to plant orchids at the grave and left the capital with her master and fellow disciples.
• Before Li Xingtian planned to leave after the banquet, Chu Xingchen gave him a Spatial Ring of Spirit Stones and told him he was closest to his master.
