Almost in that instant, Lin En slid straight off the massive mountain giant's face, and the raging blizzard swallowed him whole.
Only then did he finally see the full shape of this "mountain."
The enormous mountain formed its entire body. As the rocks on its surface rapidly fell away, they exposed vast expanses of smooth, solid ice. The mountain he had landed on was an ice giant over a thousand meters tall.
And if every mountain was a giant...
Then here...
There were at least hundreds, if not thousands!
"I have no choice!"
Plummeting through the raging blizzard, Lin En gritted his teeth and immediately took the piece of Origin Substance containing the [Flight] Sequence out of his ring.
After all, without being able to release his Outer God power, the few Flesh Sequences inside him could offer little help.
And if that was the case...
In an instant.
He thrust his hand toward his skull, intending to replace his Origin Substance.
Although a Flight Sequence alone would probably still struggle to resist that tremendous suction, at least it would...
But just then.
Suddenly.
Lin En sensed a familiar presence amid the howling blizzard. A figure climbed the ice giant's smooth body like a phantom, bounding upward over the surging ice. Just as he drew near Lin En, he leaped toward him.
Whoom-
Almost before Lin En could see what had happened, a hand seized his arm, halting the force dragging him into the blizzard.
"We meet again."
It was still that same soft voice that sent chills down his spine.
Lin En immediately looked at him. Amid the swirling snow, silver markings representing [Undying] covered the man's forehead like trails of light. Who else could it be but the reinforcements he had called in?!
"So soon?!"
