The existence of the Heaven's Will of the Defiled World will suppress the original will of the Land of Being.
Because it is one entity with two worlds, within the Veil the Heaven's Will of the Defiled World, it will inevitably seize the origin of all the Transcendent.

Within the Veil lies the origin of all Transcendent power and the source of Transcendent awakening.
In the Pure World beyond the Veil, which is the normal world, the Transcendent will gradually disappear.
This is an exchange in essence.
Those Transcendent Being who remain outside the Veil will slowly weaken.
