The lifting force from the Seven-Layer Hell was not enough to propel him to the Supreme realm, but it was enough to allow him to reach the peak of the realm of Grand Divine Power!

Within the Hyperdimensional Spacetime of the Astral Realm, the White Gold Moon representing Jiang Yuu grew ever brighter and slowly rose upwards into the Hyperdimensional Spacetime.

There are three thousand Stars of Rules there, shining with endless power and light.

This is one of the origins of the name "Astral Realm".

Although they are called Stars, these three thousand Stars are actually all different shapes and sizes, and are surrounded by star rings that look like long rivers.

The star rings are constantly rotating, seemingly like a perpetual motion machine, generating a vast and boundless power.

Around the star ring, countless threads of light stretched into the Void, traversing Nothingness and seemingly enveloping the entire Astral Realm.

Streams of light, reaching to the heavens and the earth, pierced through the center of these three thousand Rule Stars, extending from an unknown origin to an unknown destination.

These three thousand Stars also have different ranks, just like the difference between an emperor and his subjects.

At the very top, there are nine dazzling Stars, like the Sun, shining brightly above the entire Hyperdimensional Spacetime, ranking first among the three thousand Stars!

With his mind and consciousness temporarily residing within the White Gold Moon, Jiang Yuu was able to carefully observe the three thousand Rule Stars because he was already very close.

But even a single glance at the nine Sun at the very top made him feel the blinding light reflecting off his will and scorching his soul!

That is a being above Supreme!

It is ranked above the Astral Realm Rules.

The White Gold Moon eventually rose to its closest position to the three thousand Stars.

Besides the White Gold Moon he represents, this place is also filled with a vast ocean of manifested will.

From time to time, one can see many manifestations of will rushing towards the beings within the three thousand Rule Stars.
