Ch. 1361The Creator of myth and legend

Luoseda returned to the battlefield and learned from Moweidina that she had escaped Suoertan by entering the Dimension of Truth. Moweidina revealed that she had died but the Creator restored her, leaving Luoseda questioning why the Creator had allowed the divine calamity to devastate the world.

  • Luoseda settled the survivors in Hippopotamusfolk Valley and sent watchers to monitor the maddened God of the North Wind in the City of the Giant Bear.
  • Luoseda returned alone to the battlefield and found that the clash between Moweidina and Suoertan had ended.
  • Moweidina appeared to Luoseda and explained that she had left the fight after he escaped Suoertan's perception, hiding in the Dimension of Truth.
  • Moweidina told Luoseda that she had died but the Creator had brought her back to the mortal world.
  • Luoseda questioned why the Creator had allowed the divine calamity to threaten the world's inhabitants.

Ch. 1362Rebuilding a home

Moweidina explained to Luoseda how the Creator had revived her and why she was guiding new gods to banish the Old Gods. She revealed the other candidates and directed Luoseda’s people toward a safe highland where they could settle.

  • Moweidina rebuked Luoseda for questioning the Creator, and he apologized and knelt.
  • Moweidina explained that the Creator had restored her after her soul, spirit, and body were destroyed, and given her the Authority of truth.
  • Luoseda swore to banish the Old Gods and restore prosperity, while Moweidina told him he was one of seven people she had chosen to ascend to godhood.
  • Moweidina described the other six candidates and encouraged Luoseda to become a god and share news of hope with survivors.
  • Luoseda admitted his people had wandered for decades without finding a safe place to settle, so Moweidina directed them west along the river to a fertile highland beyond the City of the Giant Bear.

Ch. 1363Six Cities

Luoseda led his people to Landebulaisi, where they founded a city and he began his Path to Godhood under Moweidina’s guidance. The chapter also introduced five other survivor cities and their demigod rulers across the continent.

  • Moweidina told Luoseda about a safe place to settle, and he returned to Hippopotamusfolk Valley to prepare his people to move west.
  • After half a month, Luoseda led his followers to a lush basin, named their new home Landebulaisi, and began building a settlement.
  • A few years later, Landebulaisi had become a small city, and Luoseda revealed that he was a demigod and began spreading his faith.
  • Moweidina taught Luoseda how to forge a Divine Kingdom, a safeguard against New Gods becoming mad like the Old Gods.
  • The chapter described Seagull Keep, Grain Ear City, Great Rock City, and Wind and Sand City, along with their rulers Xialaike, Taruiya, Naxier, and Liaolun.
  • Kalisi ruled Divine Concealment City near Fetrola Divine Mountain after becoming a demigod on the Path of the God of Magic.

Ch. 1364Infection

The God of the North Wind Nuoerwende attacked Landebulaisi City after fanatics infected by his power summoned him. Moweidina of Truth shielded the city, but a vast aura then surged from the east as the confrontation began.

  • Seweier approached the requirements to create a divine kingdom as the Elves worshipped her in the Revival Woodlands.
  • After fifty years of growth, Luoseda prepared to ascend as the God of Order and Justice while strange monsters and gray-robed fanatics besieged Landebulaisi City.
  • Luoseda recognized the fanatics’ chant as a divine incantation summoning Nuoerwende, the God of the North Wind.
  • Nuoerwende charged toward the city, and Luoseda called on the Great Lady of Truth for help.
  • Moweidina appeared and raised the Bastion of Truth to block Nuoerwende’s destructive winds.
  • As Moweidina prepared to fight Nuoerwende, an overwhelming aura swept in from the distant east.

Ch. 1365I permit mortals to ascend to godhood

Seweier ascended as the first mortal to become a goddess after the Creator permitted mortals to attain godhood. She joined Moweidina’s battle against the God of the North Wind, and Moweidina explained that the New Gods should banish the mad gods rather than try to kill them.

  • Seweier established her divine kingdom in the heavens, declared herself the Goddess of Nature, Forests, and Elves, and asked the Creator for permission to ascend to godhood.
  • The Creator granted Seweier’s request and permitted mortals to ascend to godhood while maintaining the order of heaven and earth.
  • Seweier appeared above Landebulaisi City, thanked Moweidina for passing on the flame, and joined her fight against the God of the North Wind Nuoerwende.
  • Moweidina said they could defeat Nuoerwende but should drive him back rather than spend ages trying to kill him.
  • Seweier accepted Moweidina’s plan to unite the New Gods and banish the mad gods into the Void beyond the world.

Ch. 1366Forging an Alliance

Seweier and Moweidina drove the God of the North Wind away from Landeblair, but his ensuing rage brought a year of bitter cold across the land. After seeing the city's fair treatment of its diverse citizens, Seweier forged a mutual aid pact with Luoseda on behalf of the Revival Woodlands.

  • Seweier and Moweidina fought the God of the North Wind together and drove him back to the City of the Giant Bear.
  • The God of the North Wind unleashed winds across the world for an entire year, bringing widespread cold and snow in what became known as the Year of the North Wind.
  • Moweidina brought Seweier into Landebulaisi City, where Seweier abandoned her plan to remove the Elves after observing its orderly, equal treatment of all races.
  • Luoseda assured Moweidina that he and his Sanctuary of Order would uphold Landeblair's justice after his ascension to godhood.
  • Seweier pledged two hundred thousand Woodland Elves to a mutual aid pact, and Luoseda accepted on behalf of the hundred thousand Basin Folk with the Lady of Truth as witness.

Ch. 1367The seven gods

The surviving peoples formed alliances as new rulers across the continent ascended to godhood, creating a coalition of seven New Gods. As their populations expanded toward the mad gods’ territories, Moweidina visited Divine Concealment City to find out why Kalisi had still not ascended.

  • Luoseda and Seweier signed a mutual-aid pact between the Basin Folk and the Woodland Elves, then Seweier returned to the Revival Woodlands with representatives to complete its formalities.
  • Taruiya ascended as the God of Abundance, joined the New Gods Alliance, and allied with Seweier as a fellow goddess.
  • Naxier ascended as the Goddess of Wisdom and Inheritance and joined the New Gods Alliance, while Great Rock City continued to worship Moweidina as the Goddess of Truth.
  • Over the next hundred years, Xialaike, Liaolun, and Luoseda ascended as gods, bringing the number of New Gods to seven besides Kalisi.
  • After fifty years without Kalisi ascending, expanding populations prompted some gods to demand an early campaign against the Old Gods, so Moweidina went to Divine Concealment City to find Kalisi.

Ch. 1368Kalisi's Array

Kalisi urged Moweidina to delay the alliance against the mad gods until she could ascend, then revealed her God Grade Exile Array as a way to banish Old Gods quickly and safely. Moweidina listened to her proposal but had not yet decided whether the other gods would wait.

  • Moweidina visited Divine Concealment City and told Kalisi that the other six New Gods would begin their alliance without her.
  • Kalisi realized that missing the alliance could leave her excluded from the future world's order, so she pleaded for twenty years to attain godhood.
  • Moweidina said she could not promise a delay because the gods and their people were eager to clear the world of mad gods.
  • Kalisi claimed that her God Grade magic array could open a spatial gate and exile Old Gods beyond the world.
  • Kalisi explained that the array exploited the Old Gods' mindless attacks and lack of Divine Kingdom anchors, then waited for Moweidina's decision.

Ch. 1369Old Gods

Moweidina gave Kalisi twenty years to gather enough followers and raise her Divine Kingdom before the seven gods began their campaign against the mad Old Gods. Seventeen years later Kalisi ascended as the Goddess of Magic, and eight gods swore an alliance to remake the world.

  • Moweidina agreed to give Kalisi twenty years to prepare her Exile Array and establish her Divine Kingdom.
  • Kalisi ordered Todd to lift Divine Concealment City's restrictions and encourage childbirth so the city could reach the two hundred thousand people she needed to ascend.
  • Moweidina told the other gods about Kalisi's request and the extra time; the gods agreed, though the God of Life and Final Stillness of Wind and Sand City was dissatisfied.
  • Seventeen years later, Kalisi raised her seven-colored Divine Kingdom and ascended as the Goddess of Magic.
  • Seven days afterward, eight gods swore an alliance at Stonehenge to purge the mad Old Gods and establish a new world order.

Ch. 1370The sleeping gods

After the new gods purged or banished the old gods, Moweidina asked Jiang Yuu where the missing Greater Gods were. He revealed that Ruiyawei, Ansaixi, and Saifeina were sleeping in secret realms and made Moweidina responsible for monitoring them without awakening or banishing them.

  • Moweidina and the new gods banished powerful old gods, including Xiruiya, Suoertan, Kailunse, Waxilun, Mosela, Moluosi, Anweinuoya, Nuoerwende, and Geruiken, into the Void.
  • Moweidina prayed to Jiang Yuu for the whereabouts of the missing Greater Gods Ruiyawei, Ansaixi, and Saifeina.
  • Jiang Yuu explained that the three Greater Gods had forced themselves into slumber before the faith-driven madness could make them harm the world, and that four elemental fairy queens were also sleeping in their Element Realms.
  • Jiang Yuu agreed to reveal the Greater Gods' secret realms if Moweidina promised not to awaken or banish them or tell the seven new gods.
  • Moweidina accepted the duty of monitoring the three Greater Gods, and Jiang Yuu forbade her from becoming lord of the new order or King of the Gods.

Ch. 1371Those Who Wield Fire Must Burn

Over more than a thousand years, civilization spread across the world as new nations and gods rose, while the Goddess of Truth and the divine disaster faded from memory. As wars over faith erupted, the banished Xiruiya regained a sliver of clarity, and Jiang Yuu watched over a newborn world with a goddess at his side.

  • Gawain and the other survivors established settlements across the continents, while rival powers in Grain Ear City and the western oases developed opposing ways of governing their people.
  • The Flamebearers continued to spread warnings about tyranny and the old gods, but nobles and priests rejected them as fanatics.
  • Many years passed, and the disaster, the Lady of Truth, and the Creator faded into legend as countries and transcendent organizations grew across the world.
  • The greater gods encouraged mortals to ascend and build their ranks of subordinate deities, beginning a golden age of new gods.
  • Conflicts over faith escalated into war, and the banished Xiruiya regained a sliver of clarity and resolved to return to the Prime Material Plane.
  • Jiang Yuu stood above a newborn world with a wisdom-filled goddess in an ink-black dress behind him.

Ch. 1372River of Mist

Jiang Yuu asked Moweidina to help choose how to arrange the worlds he planned to create throughout the Void, which he called the Land of Being. Moweidina favored making countless separate Rivers of Mist, and the chapter ended as she explained that this arrangement would preserve pockets of order if some worlds encountered trouble.

  • Jiang Yuu asked Moweidina whether the River of Mist could eventually connect worlds, and she said it could link worlds along its course.
  • Jiang Yuu explained that the Heavenly Land World had reached a state of perpetual continuation and that he planned to use it as a template for many new worlds.
  • Jiang Yuu presented two possible arrangements: countless groups of worlds, each threaded by its own River of Mist, or one superworld whose River of Mist connected all worlds.
  • Moweidina admitted she personally favored the superworld, since it would elevate her status as a goddess of its Prime Material Plane.
  • Moweidina nevertheless chose countless separate Rivers of Mist, arguing that they would create pockets of order and allow unaffected groups of worlds to endure if problems arose elsewhere.

Ch. 1373The Decision, the Prime Material Plane

Moweidina argued that a network of equal worlds would be fairer and safer than a central Prime Material Plane, but Jiang Yuu chose a central world to preserve overall order and balance. He planned for the Prime Material Plane to be replaceable if it fell into ruin, with the strongest world supported by all taking its place.

  • Moweidina explained that a central Prime Material Plane could spread chaos across countless worlds, privilege its inhabitants, and let powerful beings threaten other worlds.
  • Jiang Yuu praised Moweidina’s concern for fairness and agreed that equal Rivers of Mist would allow worlds and their future Lords to associate as equals.
  • Jiang Yuu chose the system with a central Prime Material Plane, arguing that its exceptional unfairness would balance fairness for the majority and that a Sovereign would oversee order.
  • Jiang Yuu told Moweidina that the central Prime Material Plane could be replaced if it were shattered or corrupted, and declared that the strongest world supported by all would become the new Prime Material Plane.

Ch. 1374The Material Plane and the Energy Plane

Jiang Yuu explained his plans for the Land of Being, including separating the Material Plane from the Energy Plane and creating shared laws for all worlds. He and Moweidina returned to the Heavenly Land World, which he intended to make the first Prime Material Plane, while Moweidina suggested naming their Land of Being.

  • Jiang Yuu said worlds would become stars, while destroyed worlds would leave fragments that could sustain hidden realms and small worlds in the Void.
  • Jiang Yuu described a Material Plane for mortals, an Energy Plane for transcendent beings and gods, and a Void that connected matter and energy and could hold power of any level.
  • Moweidina proposed illuminating the reverse side of the Heavenly Land World, but Jiang Yuu told her the world's positive and negative sides served a purpose and needed balance.
  • Jiang Yuu explained that all worlds would draw on shared laws, which beings of Legendary rank and gods could use according to their mastery.
  • Jiang Yuu and Moweidina agreed to return to the Heavenly Land World, and Moweidina suggested giving their Land of Being a name like the Multiverse.

Ch. 1375Sacred River Heavenly Land

Jiang Yuu created the Energy Realm Domain, divided it into layers, and shaped its upper region into Heaven, a living Positive Energy Plane. He barred Heaven’s native creatures from becoming gods there, leaving them able to ascend only by becoming mortals in the Material Plane first.

  • Jiang Yuu named the fourth Land of Being within True Nothingness the Sacred River Heavenly Land, then sent Moweidina to watch over the Prime Material Plane.
  • Jiang Yuu created an Energy Realm Domain in the Void and filled it with energy, which formed radiant, dim, and neutral layers.
  • The four Element Realms entered the Energy Realm Domain, and the four Fairy queens awakened with their ranks and souls stabilized.
  • Jiang Yuu brought the Order of Matter into the Energy Realm Domain, creating floating continents and naming its uppermost region Heaven.
  • Jiang Yuu populated Heaven with energy creatures, plants, and other life, then decreed that its native creatures could not become gods there.

Ch. 1376Rejection

Jiang Yuu finished shaping Heaven and created the Abyss and Hell from the Negative Energy Plane, while its creatures and realms grew stronger. As ages passed, the new gods felt the Material Plane increasingly reject them.

  • Jiang Yuu left scattered heavenly matter in Heaven for future gods to use in building divine kingdoms.
  • Jiang Yuu created a vast Sevenfold Sacred Mountain modeled on Paradise Mountain at Heaven’s upper reaches.
  • The Underworld, Realm of the Dead, and Shadow Realm benefited from their elevation within the Negative Energy Realm Domain, strengthening their creatures and Braiduk.
  • Jiang Yuu created the Abyss and Hell and filled the Negative Energy Realm Domain with negative-energy creatures.
  • As endless years passed, the new gods felt the Material Plane reject them more strongly.

Ch. 1377The ritual to sacrifice to an Old God

Luoseda and the gods of the Order Pantheon discussed the growing force driving them away from the Material Plane and wondered whether the Creator was summoning them to the Energy Realm Domain. Luoseda proposed seeking the Lady of Truth by intervening in Duke Aisiweite’s planned ritual to summon Moon God Mosela.

  • The gods of the Order Pantheon gathered in Luoseda’s Divine Kingdom to discuss the world’s growing rejection of their power in the Material Plane.
  • Nimanla and Dragon God Boluosi questioned why the Creator might be drawing the gods toward the Energy Realm Domain, while the others said they wanted to remain in the mortal world.
  • The gods concluded that the Lady of Truth might be able to contact the Creator, but they did not know where to find her.
  • Luoseda said his believers had reported that Duke Aisiweite planned to perform a ritual at the next full moon to bring Moon God Mosela into his daughter’s body.

Ch. 1378Weiweil anai

The Order Pantheon learned that the former Moon God Mosela was being summoned to the Prime Material Plane through a ritual in the Aisiweite Duchy. As the ritual began, Old Duke Aisiweite forced his frightened granddaughter Weiweil anai onto the altar as its sacrifice.

  • Luoseda told the Order Pantheon that Mosela's return had to be stopped, but the Lady of Truth had not intervened as she usually did.
  • The Order Pantheon traveled toward the Seluolamu region, and Luoseda wondered whether Moweidina might be aiding Mosela.
  • Months later, heretical followers gathered around the damaged Holy Grail of the Moon in Aisiweite Castle and sang an ancient hymn beneath the full moon.
  • The moonlight shone down on the Holy Grail as Old Duke Aisiweite brought Weiweil anai to the altar.
  • Weiweil anai begged to leave and said she no longer wanted to compete with her sister for Prince William, but the duke ordered a knight to carry her onto the altar.

Ch. 1379Return of the Old God

The Moon Goddess Mosela separated her lucid spiritual essence from the madness beyond the world and returned through a noblewoman on an altar. Moweidina halted Luoseda’s attack, but Luoseda and Taruiya rejected Mosela’s return, leaving her to answer the gods’ objections.

  • Heretics used ancient incantations and a magic crystal to summon an Old God through the damaged holy grail.
  • Mosela severed her lucid spiritual essence from the corrupted mass beyond the world and entered the weeping duke’s granddaughter.
  • The girl transformed as Mosela returned, and the gathered worshippers welcomed her.
  • Luoseda prepared to banish Mosela, but Moweidina intervened and demanded proof that she was sane.
  • Mosela explained that she had separated herself from the mad Evil God, but Luoseda and Taruiya argued that she could become mad again.
  • Moweidina asked Mosela what she had to say in response to the gods’ refusal to accept her.

Ch. 1380Witch of the Moon

Mosela swore before the gods that she would not become a god again and would relinquish mortal faith, allowing her to remain in the Prime Material Plane. As Moweidina prepared to leave with her, Luoseda and Taruiya asked Moweidina about the gods’ growing pull toward the Energy Realm Domain and rejection by the Prime Material Plane.

  • Mosela recognized that the New Gods might not let her remain unless she gave up the possibility of becoming a god again.
  • Mosela swore before the Creator and Moweidina that she would relinquish mortal faith, pursue another path, and no longer be the Moon Goddess Mosela.
  • Luoseda accepted Mosela’s vow but warned that the gods would weigh her actions, and Mosela said she still needed to borrow the possessed girl’s body without harming her soul.
  • Luoseda and Taruiya stopped Moweidina as she prepared to leave and asked about the gods’ pull toward the Energy Realm Domain and the Prime Material Plane’s rejection of their power.
