Ch. 1721Heideles

Jiang Yuu kept the First King's headless body from destroying the cemeteries on Yuanshi Divine Mountain, but the body escaped and completed its rebirth as Heideles. Heideles battled Immortal Emperor Changheng, gained combat experience, and saw through Changheng's attempt to lure him away from the mountain.

  • The headless giant fled the summit of Yuanshi Divine Mountain, and the people there thanked Jiang Yuu for protecting the cemeteries.
  • Jiang Yuu told the First King he would not let the headless body run rampant, while Immortal Emperor Changheng decided to lure it away from the mountain.
  • The headless giant declared that his body would be his head, grew ears from his waist, and named himself Heideles after hearing the White Gold Moon brighten.
  • Immortal Emperor Changheng attacked Heideles with immortal light, and the two fought evenly across Yuanshi Divine Mountain.
  • Heideles absorbed battle experience and began overpowering Changheng, then recognized Changheng's plan to lead him away.

Ch. 1722Round two

Immortal Emperor Changheng realized he could not defeat Heideles with his own strength, so he lured him toward the summit of Yuanshi Divine Mountain and asked the Sacred Emperor for the Platinum Longsword. With the Sacred Emperor’s permission and the sword in hand, Changheng began a second round against Heideles.

  • Heideles gained the advantage as his combat awareness grew, while Immortal Emperor Changheng struggled to pierce his defenses.
  • Immortal Emperor Changheng spotted the Platinum Longsword embedded near the summit and decided to use it against Heideles.
  • Changheng drew Heideles toward the summit, where the giant stopped in fear of the sacred aura.
  • Changheng respectfully asked the Sacred Emperor to lend him the divine sword, and the Sacred Emperor agreed.
  • Changheng drew the White Gold Sword and advanced on Heideles, declaring that he would sever his limbs and suppress him.

Ch. 1723Wielding the power of six emperors in a single sword strike

Immortal Emperor Changheng wielded Jiang Yuu’s White Gold Sword against Heideles, then called upon the powers of five other Transcendence Ones to join his own. He unleashed a six-path sword strike that Heideles could not evade, and the chapter ended as Heideles braced himself to meet it with a punch.

  • Changheng challenged Heideles, who said he feared Jiang Yuu’s sword but not Changheng himself.
  • Changheng’s sword light struck Heideles, but Heideles shattered it and charged at him, confident he could break the sword.
  • Changheng called on Yuanshi, the Emperor of Humanity, the Sacred Emperor, Youlunna, and Golden Toad Child for their powers.
  • Blessed by all six paths of transcendence, Changheng unleashed a devastating sword strike at Heideles.
  • Heideles tried to flee but could not escape the sword light, and Changheng said the Defiled Kings could not bless him because the former emperors had slaughtered them.
  • Heideles braced himself and punched toward the incoming strike.

Ch. 1724Severing His Limbs!

Luo Changheng used the strength and blessings of the Transcendence sovereigns to sever Heideles's arm, then prevented him from retrieving it. Heideles fled down Yuanshi Divine Mountain, but Luo Changheng's next slash cut off his right leg.

  • Luo Changheng's sword severed Heideles's extended arm, and gray-black blood poured from the wound.
  • Heideles tried to retrieve his arm so he could flee and heal, but Luo Changheng moved it out of reach.
  • Luo Changheng raised his sword and attacked Heideles again with the blessings of five sovereigns.
  • Heideles ran down Yuanshi Divine Mountain to escape, but Luo Changheng's sword caught him and severed his right leg.

Ch. 1725The woman within the flesh of his chest

Immortal Emperor Changheng killed Heideles by splitting open his chest, unaware that Olofis had hidden a woman within his remains. As Heideles died, the woman in red emerged from the wound.

  • Heideles begged Olofis for help as Immortal Emperor Changheng approached, but Olofis said he did not consider the newborn consciousness his child.
  • Jiang Yuu realized Olofis expected to reclaim his immortal shell and asked what surprise he had left on Heideles.
  • Olofis revealed that he had hidden a woman in his chest, and warned that splitting it open would make Jiang Yuu's junior suffer.
  • Immortal Emperor Changheng severed Heideles's remaining limbs and then split open his chest, extinguishing the newborn consciousness.
  • As Heideles's vitality faded, a lifeless woman in red suddenly raised her head from within the First King's flesh.

Ch. 1726Daughter of Sacrifice

A mysterious woman’s utterance of “Sacrifice” affected beings across Beyond Transcendence and briefly awakened the dead buried on Yuanshi Divine Mountain. The First King revealed that she, not Yuanshi, had been the first Transcendence One, while Jiang Yuu worried that his junior was nearing his limit.

  • The woman opened her eyes and uttered “Sacrifice,” sending a profound change through the Pure World and the Defiled World.
  • The dead buried in Yuanshi Divine Mountain’s cemeteries briefly rose, including Annatania and countless other heroic souls, who looked toward Yuliel and sang hymns.
  • Jiang Yuu asked the sealed Monarch who the woman was, and the First King confirmed that she had been the first Transcendence One.
  • Jiang Yuu demanded to know why she was like this, but the First King pointed out that Jiang Yuu’s junior below seemed to be reaching his limit.

Ch. 1727Sacrificial Offering

The woman in red embedded in Heideles's chest used the power of sacrifice to shatter much of Immortal Emperor Changheng's principles of balance and then targeted the First King's flesh. Changheng split into avatars to carry the First King's severed limbs away, but dark Heaven's Will blocked them before Holiness Heaven's Will intervened.

  • The woman in red's utterance of "sacrifice" destroyed seven of the thirteen scales in Immortal Emperor Changheng's concept of balance, grievously injuring him and causing principles of balance to collapse across the world.
  • Immortal Emperor Changheng questioned the woman in red, but she began assessing sacrificial offerings and rejected Heideles because his consciousness and power had disappeared.
  • The woman in red attempted to assess Heaven's Will of the Defiled World, then turned her attention to Olofis's flesh as Changheng's attack was diverted into the First King's body.
  • Immortal Emperor Changheng created four blood-carrying duplicates and sent them to move Olofis's severed limbs toward the four directions of the Land of Pure World.
  • The woman in red summoned a dark Heaven's Will to stop the duplicates, but Holiness Heaven's Will descended and drove it away.

Ch. 1728Never Failing All Living Beings

The Immortal Emperor’s avatars sealed the First King’s four limbs in distant lands and entrusted their guardianship to sworn protectors. With the Daughter of the Red-Robed Sacrifice weakened, Changheng fought on until he glimpsed the Well of Yuanshi and declared that he had never failed all living beings.

  • An avatar buried the First King’s left hand in the Land of Pure World, and Buddha Alun vowed to guard its seal forever.
  • Another avatar sealed the First King’s right hand on a Star Civilization planet, where an Artificial God and a battle group cut off contact with home to guard it.
  • Jingjing sealed the First King’s left leg beneath a sea of ice and sat atop the seal.
  • A Supreme Knight swore to guard the First King’s right leg and forsake his former life.
  • With all four limbs sealed, the Daughter of the Red-Robed Sacrifice lost more than half her power, and Immortal Emperor Changheng fought her without disadvantage.
  • After fighting for ages, Changheng planted his White Gold Sword in the ground, looked toward the Well of Yuanshi, and declared that he had never failed all living beings.

Ch. 1729Resurrection

Immortal Emperor Changheng decided to end his long struggle with the Daughter of the Red-Robed Sacrifice by freeing her from the First King's flesh. As he pulled her out, her vitality began to return, leaving her on the verge of resurrection.

  • Jiang Yuu watched Immortal Emperor Changheng on Yuanshi Divine Mountain and understood that Changheng had chosen to act despite his exhaustion.
  • Changheng approached the Daughter of the Red-Robed Sacrifice, sensed that she had calmed, and told her they should stop fighting.
  • Changheng seized her hands and worked with her to tear her free from the First King's flesh.
  • After Changheng pulled her completely out, her red robes turned black, her eyes darkened, and her lifeless vitality began to recover.

Ch. 1730Becoming a Silver River

Luo Changheng suppressed the First King's torso beneath Yuanshi Divine Mountain and ordered a legion to guard it forever. As the Daughter of Sacrifice began reviving, he turned himself and her into a silver river to suppress her.

  • Luo Changheng recognized that the reviving woman carried the malicious aura of the Uncanny World and refused to let her complete her revival.
  • Luo Changheng asked Yuanshi Divine Mountain for permission, then sealed the First King's torso beneath the mountain and had the Emperor of Humanity's light prevent it from developing consciousness.
  • The Mountain Guard Legion swore to become the Garrison Legion and guard the First King's corpse forever.
  • Luo Changheng proclaimed that he would raise the Principle of Balance and become a silver river to suppress the Daughter of Sacrifice.
  • As the Daughter of Sacrifice struggled and her heartbeat grew stronger, Luo Changheng transformed both of them into silver light, and she regained a glimmer of awareness before they became a river.

Ch. 1731First King

Jiang Yuu remained the last supreme powerhouse in Beyond Transcendence and continued investigating the First King's gray-mist realm for a way to defeat him. In that realm, the First King's avatar watched the aftermath of Immortal Emperor Changheng and the Daughter of Sacrifice becoming part of the Milky Way, then recalled the Sacrificial Maiden's past.

  • Jiang Yuu stood beneath the Tree of Moonbirth and mourned Changheng's sacrifice as the last supreme powerhouse in Beyond Transcendence.
  • Jiang Yuu continued to let the gray-mist realm inside the White Gold Moon develop, using its worlds and histories to investigate the First King's secrets.
  • The First King secretly lived in the gray-mist realm as Olofis Luohan, head of the Olo Financial Consortium, and reflected on Yuanshi, Yuliel, and the Transcendence Ones' sacrifices.
  • Olofis Luohan watched the Milky Way formed by Changheng and the Daughter of Sacrifice, seeing the black holes, the Sacrificial Maiden's red robe and eyes, and sensing her lingering sigh.
  • The First King's avatar returned to his sofa, poured more wine, and recalled the Sacrificial Maiden's ancient past.

Ch. 1732Interim leader

After Immortal Emperor Changheng sacrificed himself to become the Milky Way, the Pure World Holy Court mourned him and gathered to choose an interim leader. The Holy Court’s representatives selected Nuoweidali, leaving her poised to guide the court until a new Imperial Lord of Transcendence arrived.

  • Changheng’s death and transformation into the Milky Way plunged the Pure World into grief.
  • Several days later, nearly a thousand Supreme Grade Holy Court representatives met at his memorial and agreed that the court needed an interim leader.
  • The representatives wrote their choices on Divine Bamboo Paper, which revealed Nuoweidali’s name.
  • The representatives accepted Nuoweidali as a suitable leader because of her roots, Sovereign Realm strength, military record, character, and bloodline from the Lord of Heaven Sacred Emperor.

Ch. 1733For now, I shall lead the Holy Court

Nuoweidali took over the Pure World Holy Court and struggled to manage its vast affairs without Immortal Emperor Changheng’s omniscience and omnipotence, while the war with the Defiled World remained at a stalemate. Jiang Yuu visited the Milky Way, where the Authority of Solitude empowered him but the Authority of Sacrifice refused him access.

  • Nuoweidali won the factions’ support, assumed leadership of the Pure World Holy Court, and began overseeing its affairs.
  • Nuoweidali recruited more than a hundred million administrators, but the Holy Court’s work proceeded much more slowly than it had under Immortal Emperor Changheng.
  • The Pure World and the Defiled World reached a stalemate after Immortal Emperor Changheng died in battle and Nuoweidali left the front lines.
  • Jiang Yuu projected himself above the Milky Way and sensed the paths of Solitude and Sacrifice within it.
  • The Authority of Solitude empowered Jiang Yuu, while the Authority of Sacrifice remained closed to him.

Ch. 1734The Emperor Forged Her Authority

Jiang Yuu discovered the Daughter of Sacrifice’s power within the Milky Way and decided to forge her remnants into a divine artifact. As he burned the gathered black particles in holy fire, the Milky Way’s light drew the attention of beings across Beyond Transcendence and prompted the First King Olofir to say Yuliel’s name.

  • Jiang Yuu examined the black hole and recognized the power of the Transcendence of Sacrifice, then forcibly seized some of it.
  • Jiang Yuu gathered the black particles throughout the Milky Way, intending to forge the Daughter of Sacrifice’s remnants into a divine artifact.
  • Jiang Yuu sat upon a Divine Throne and enveloped the gathered particles in holy-white flames, illuminating the Land of Pure World.
  • Nuoweidali saw the Milky Way burning and wondered what Jiang Yuu was doing.
  • Beings throughout Beyond Transcendence looked up at the blazing Milky Way, while the First King Olofir opened his eyes and said, “Yuliel...”
  • Jiang Yuu’s aura spread across the Sea of Transcendence, curbing secret schemes among Pure World factions and raising the spirits of its armies.

Ch. 1735Discipline-Bound Ones

Jiang Yuu continued forging an artifact of Transcendence Authority while, in the Sacred River Heavenly Land, Tashaluona seized control of the Blood Sea and became a Sovereign-level Empress of Calamity. Her conquest of the Veil devastated Rosela’s forces and drove the Veil Transcendent System into decline, while Tashaluona introduced a perilous Discipline-Keeping System that tempted practitioners with access to Veil resources.

  • Jiang Yuu’s radiant avatar continued refining the Daughter of Sacrifice’s Authority into an artifact of Transcendence Authority, while his holy light reassured beings across the Sea of Transcendence.
  • Tashaluona bathed in the Blood Sea for nine hundred days, became its master, gathered the Defiled World beings, and was crowned Empress of Calamity after reaching the Sovereign Realm.
  • Tashaluona organized the Defiled World beings into armies and defeated Rosela’s Natural Disaster forces, driving them from the Veil and breaking Rosela’s plan to unify both sides.
  • Tashaluona’s armies conquered the Pure World strongholds in the Veil, causing the Veil Transcendent System to decline as ancient cultivation systems resurfaced.
  • Tashaluona offered Veil resources to Transcendent Beings willing to accept corruption, giving rise to the Discipline-Keeping System, whose practitioners risked falling into eternal depravity.

Ch. 1736Searching for answers

Rosela despaired over how to defeat Tashaluona, now a sovereign who had trapped the Sacred River Heavenly Land behind the Veil. Luoseda urged her to take up her responsibility and suggested she seek answers at Paradise Mountain, where the Creator Yuliel was said to have once dwelled.

  • Rosela lamented that she could not defeat Tashaluona or become a sovereign while the Sacred River Heavenly Land remained divided by the Veil.
  • A Greater Witch told Rosela that Luoseda wished to see her, and Rosela agreed to receive him.
  • Luoseda challenged Rosela for giving up on fighting the Defiled World and reminded her that Tashaluona's corruption threatened the entire Land of Being.
  • Luoseda told Rosela that she was valued by Immortal Emperor Changheng and urged her to fulfill her responsibility to the Sacred River Heavenly Land.
  • Luoseda suggested that Rosela visit Paradise Mountain to seek answers at the place said to have been the Creator Yuliel's seat.

Ch. 1737Reaching the summit

Rosela climbed Paradise Mountain to seek traces of the Creator and endured its overwhelming pressure to reach the First Tier. There she found the ancient divine throne of the Creator and glimpsed the majestic ruler she believed had once sat upon it.

  • Luoseda told Rosela that texts left by Moweidina described the First Tier of Paradise Mountain as the Creator’s former throne and said only Moweidina and Connania had once ascended there.
  • Rosela thanked Luoseda, recovered her resolve, and promised to seek traces of the Creator at the mountain’s summit.
  • Rosela climbed Paradise Mountain, observing Heaven’s realms, creatures, gods, and the Titan Giants and Angel races along the way.
  • Rosela pushed through the Sovereign-like pressure of the upper tiers and used her authority as ruler of the Divine Court of Natural Disaster and nominal sovereign of the Sacred River Heavenly Land to keep ascending.
  • After taking her hundred-thousandth step, Rosela broke through the mist and found an ancient divine throne beneath a starry sky.
  • Rosela recognized the throne as the Creator’s and envisioned a majestic Monarch declaring, “I am Heaven’s will!”

Ch. 1738Blood flowed through the Sacred River Heavenly Land

Rosela waited before the Creator’s Divine Throne while the Defiled World’s infiltration weakened transcendent power and the Divine Court of Natural Disaster drifted toward dissolution. After many years, a river of golden blood appeared across the Void, and the Sacred Gods concluded it had come from Beyond Transcendence.

  • Rosela entered the Creator’s domain, paid her respects, and chose to wait beside the Divine Throne rather than sit upon it.
  • Under Tashaluona, the Defiled World expanded its blockade and infiltration, causing people across countless Heavenly Lands to abandon the Veil System and transcendent power to decline.
  • With Rosela absent, the Divine Court of Natural Disaster weakened as its subordinate forces acted independently, while Luoseda and the gods under his command continued to support it.
  • After many years, golden drops of blood fell through the Void and formed a vast river among the Heavenly Lands.
  • The Sacred River Heavenly Land’s Sacred Gods deduced that the blood came from Beyond Transcendence; it was Immortal Imperial Blood spilled when Luo Changheng fought the headless Giant Heideles.

Ch. 1739The golden pool

Yat laito used water from the golden river to revive ancient cultivation systems and save his Heavenly Land from the Defiled World. Later, Rosela entered a golden pool on Paradise Mountain and found herself on Paradise Moon in the Boundless Mountains and Seas.

  • Yat laito drew water from the golden river and spread it through his Heavenly Land, restoring energy and reviving ancient cultivation systems.
  • Yat laito led an army against the corrupted Veil cultivators, saved his world, and became a deity revered by its people.
  • Beings across the Sacred River Heavenly Land sought golden river water, but it burned those without virtue, and the gods of Heaven stopped enraged Demon Gods from attacking others.
  • Immortal Emperor Changheng revealed that he had deliberately let his blood flow into the six great Lands of Being to balance the harm caused by Heideles's tainted blood.
  • Changheng sent a drop of Immortal Imperial Blood to Rosela on Paradise Mountain, where it formed a golden pool that she recognized as a possible answer to her plea.
  • Rosela entered the pool and arrived on Paradise Moon, where its guardians challenged her and she realized she had been brought to the Boundless Mountains and Seas.

Ch. 1740A method and a condition

Rosela arrived at Paradise Moon, where an old Immortal King explained that she could seek Immortal Emperor Changheng’s records for a way to reach the Sovereign Realm. She settled in to study, and a hundred thousand years later she found the method Changheng had used to advance.

  • Rosela showed the guardians an image of the being who sent her, and they recognized him as His Majesty the Immortal Emperor.
  • An old Immortal King identified Rosela as the ruler of the Sacred River Heavenly Land and learned that Tashaluona had become a Sovereign Grade King of Calamity in the Veil.
  • The old Immortal King told Rosela that Changheng had faced a similar challenge and that unifying a Land of Being inside and outside the Veil was necessary to reach Sovereign.
  • The old Immortal King offered Rosela access to Changheng’s records on the condition that, if she became Sovereign, she would help remove or drive back the Sea of Suffering covering the Veil.
  • Rosela settled on Paradise Moon, studied in the Longevity Immortal Court’s library, and explored the mortal world of King Mountain and Emperor Sea.
  • After a hundred thousand years, Rosela found the method Immortal Emperor Changheng had used to advance to Sovereign.
