There was no telling how much time had passed.
Yelina slowly opened her eyes.
What greeted her was the utterly familiar, pure white ceiling of a hospital room.
"Ah... the hospital ceiling..."
An indescribable sense of relief instantly welled up inside her, almost bringing her to tears.
"Thank goodness... I'm still here. I haven't been discharged yet... All that just now... the Student Council, the president, and... Greg Sass becoming a Disciplinary Committee Member, with me assigned to guide him... All those terrifying things really were just an overly realistic nightmare... Yes, it had to be a nightmare! Thank goodness..."
She secretly let out a long sigh of relief, her taut nerves finally relaxing.
Yet that sense of having escaped disaster lasted less than three seconds.
"Hey, Little Squirt. You're awake?"
A male voice came from the other side of the hospital bed.

Yelina's petite body instantly went rigid, as though she had been frozen solid.
She turned her neck toward the source of the voice, extremely slowly and with immense difficulty, inch by inch.
Then she saw him.
There sat the source of her nightmares in the chair beside her bed, his chin propped on one hand as he watched her in utter boredom. His face was far too handsome, yet seeing it now made her blood run cold.

Yelina squealed like a frightened little animal and abruptly ducked beneath the thin white blanket, curling into a trembling ball.
Her voice emerged from beneath the blanket, thick with tears and sheer terror:
"W-why, why, why... are you here?!"
Greg looked at the violently shaking bundle on the bed and replied, "Why wouldn't I be here? I'm the one who carried you all the way from the Student Council room."
