He watched a few Third Closed Beta newbies wandering around the Wasteland, even trying to make clay sculptures for fun.
He keenly recognized how severely Awakening of the Old Gods lacked variety in its gameplay.
With the influx of two hundred new players in the Third Closed Beta, the player base had naturally begun to diversify.
Most players were still "battle maniacs" or "sneaky bastards" who charged in howling whenever they heard there were monsters to kill.
But among these two hundred newbies were a handful of "life-skill players" who had no interest in fighting and killing, and had come purely for this 100% immersive virtual world.
Yet the life-skill gameplay currently available in Awakening of the Old Gods... was outrageously bare-bones!
Aside from chopping trees, smashing rocks, and cobbling together junk at the edge of the Black Forest, there was only one largely overlooked daily quest, [Believer's Provisions].
Which meant gathering food for Sivir.
Even the veteran players usually forgot this quest existed!
If an honest guy like [Kindergarten Boss], who couldn't bear to see a girl go hungry, hadn't taken some time to gather wild fruit and vegetables and turn them in...
Sivir probably would have been gnawing on tree bark from hunger a couple of days ago.
But... making casual players who logged in for the immersive experience pick mushrooms and dig up wild vegetables in the hills every single day was a bit ridiculous, wasn't it?
They had come to experience a second life, not play "Mushroom-Picking Simulator"!
