Kairils took a deep breath as he watched the mass of Cultists closing in ahead.
The next instant, the pure-white Long Halberd in his hand suddenly let out a piercing hum without warning!
The runes inside the Long Halberd began flashing wildly. Savage winter cold seethed like boiling water, threatening to burst the weapon apart at any moment!
"Holy shit! What's he doing?!"
Ma Lou, hiding at the rear of the group, nearly had his eyes pop out of his head.
As he watched Kairils's weapon, a terrible foreboding suddenly rose within him.
"Everyone, get ready to charge out with me!"
Kairils showed no hesitation!
The muscles in his arms abruptly bulged, and he hurled the Long Halberd that had accompanied him for who knew how long straight into the crowd of Cultists ahead!

The instant the Long Halberd left Kairils's hand, it detonated in midair!
Extreme cold erupted in that instant.
The ground before them, the dead trees, and even the twenty-odd Cultists charging at the front were instantly frozen into ice sculptures before they could so much as scream.
By detonating his own weapon, Kairils blasted a passage streaming with freezing air through the once-impenetrable encirclement!
"Hyah!!"
The warhorses carried the remaining Knights and players through the frozen ruins.
But the moment they broke through the opening, more Cultists immediately closed in from every direction, clearly intent on keeping the entire group there.
Kairils yanked the reins, forcing his warhorse to a halt.
"You go ahead!"
Kairils roared at the three First-Tier Knights behind him, "Charge through the opening! Head to Graycliff Town and wait there!"
"I'll hold them off!"
With that, he tore the Winterhold Emblem glowing faintly blue from his chest and hurled it toward the four mounted players.
