It was the first time Zeng Mu had seen such a sturdy, imposing building, and White's smithy left him astonished. Across all of Sand City, the only sturdier building was probably Yetos's house, which looked only slightly grander than the other stone houses but actually had a central structural layer built primarily from dark iron. Next came the black smithy before him, whose very appearance inspired a sense of security.

"It's magnificent, Uncle White. Does this shop belong to you?" Zeng Mu could not help asking.

White's smile faded a little at that. "What kind of question is that? This place was assigned to me when I was recruited, but it most certainly belongs to me. I have a property deed issued by the Holy Temple. Even the Knight Commander would have to spend a considerable amount of military funds to take it back. After all, I've owned it for five years now. And to tell you the truth, I have two more shops elsewhere. They're much grander than this one, and I've stored away a few special treasures there."

Bright and the other four gazed at the building in astonishment and delight. They could hardly believe a mere smithy could be so luxurious. What treasures might be hidden inside a shop that seemed so magnificent to them?

Whether the fifth brother was still drunk or had simply let his tongue slip, he stared dreamily at the shop, rubbed his broad palms together, and muttered with a foolish grin, "Good stuff. Can't let it slip away this time."

Everyone's eyes widened at his words, except Cobert, who covered his mouth and snickered.

The second brother hurriedly clamped a hand over his big mouth and explained to White, "Don't misunderstand, Uncle White. Xiaowulao drank too much and hasn't sobered up yet.
