Arc 25Antarctic Demon Hunt

Lin Mo gathered Terra’s Seventh-Order Experts to protect Great Xia’s cities and fight Cho'Gath, using an Antimatter Bomb to badly wound the Demon God. The surviving demons gathered at Eolseu No. 1 Underground City, where Cho'Gath began recovering as Lin Mo prepared another strike.

  • Lin Mo and his reinforcements stabilized Tianyong City, then learned from Han Niba that dozens of Demon Clan wormholes threatened Blue Star.
  • Lin Mo reached the shattered World Tree in Antarctica and restarted its reactors, which began restoring the tree and growing new buds.
  • Lin Mo led Terra’s experts and Great Xia’s forces against the demon armies, then confronted Cho'Gath with fifteen Seventh-Order Experts.
  • The experts restrained Cho'Gath long enough for Grom to send an Antimatter Bomb through Lin Mo’s portal, and the blast devastated the battlefield.
  • Lin Mo, Fendona, and the others escaped the shock wave, and the group confirmed all fifteen Seventh-Order Experts had survived.
  • The group tracked Cho'Gath’s blood to Eolseu No. 1 Underground City, where the wounded Demon God hid and summoned six Demon Venerables.
  • Cho'Gath ordered his forces to attack the approaching experts while he recovered, and Lin Mo requested another Antimatter Bomb and three one-megaton nuclear bombs from Chen Jianguo.

Arc 26Wormholes and New Allies

Lin Mo and Great Xia struck at Cho'Gath’s forces, destroyed wormholes, and used probes to uncover the Demon Clan’s distant transit network and the besieged Kona Civilization. As Great Xia began preparations to contact Kona, Lin Mo returned to Terra and learned how quickly trade and Great Xia’s influence were expanding there.

  • Lin Mo and Great Xia’s forces rescued the Terra Allied Army, then Lin Mo sent an Antimatter Bomb through a Portal into Eolseu Underground City, destroying its core and wormhole.
  • Lin Mo and the seventh-order experts searched the crater but could not confirm Cho'Gath’s fate, so Lin Mo proposed destroying Blue Star’s remaining wormholes.
  • Han Niba revealed Great Xia’s plans to probe wormholes before destroying them, and an Antimatter Bomb collapsed a passage while Cho'Gath escaped badly injured.
  • Lin Mo led the experts to Freedom Underground City, where they sent reconnaissance shells through wormholes and began clearing the Demon Clan’s outposts.
  • Cho'Gath’s forces regrouped on a distant moon, while Lin Mo’s probes revealed a technological civilization and Great Xia located the Demon Clan’s system more than three thousand light-years away.
  • Great Xia deciphered a Kona broadcast warning others to avoid the region and reporting that its civilization was under attack, so Elder Zhao ordered a cautious attempt to contact them.
  • Lin Mo’s group destroyed its twentieth wormhole and returned to Tianyong City, then Lin Mo went to Terra and met Zhao Gang after resting.
  • Zhao Gang told Lin Mo that Great Xia’s trade and population on Terra had grown rapidly, and Lin Mo agreed that spreading Great Xia’s culture was strategically important.

Arc 27The Kona Technology Pact

Great Xia established a cautious alliance with the Kona Civilization and negotiated staged military missions in exchange for advanced technology. After Kona delivered its first three technology packages, Great Xia verified them as genuine and prepared to move toward operations on the Kona Satellite.

  • Lin Mo and Zhao Gang discussed regulating Terran trade and tourism, cooperating with Kona, and protecting Blue Star’s secrets as Lin Mo toured the Fief.
  • Lin Mo joined the Terra Allied Army in clearing Space Wormholes, while Han Niba prepared Great Xia’s reply to Kona and learned that the planet’s last inhabitants had been wiped out by a virus.
  • Watcher received Great Xia’s message, confirmed that Blue Star was attacking the Demon Clan’s wormholes, suspended Kona’s planetary detonation protocol, and sent a reply.
  • Han Niba received Kona’s intelligence and technology catalog, and Great Xia’s scientists recognized that Kona’s systematic research could save them decades or more of development.
  • Han Niba negotiated a staged mission framework that let Great Xia choose technology rewards, beginning with an outpost on the Kona Satellite and continuing through the fight against the Demon Clan.
  • Kona accepted Great Xia’s terms and offered quantum communication data, then proposed exchanging further technology for Great Xia’s antimatter, corpse-refining, and wormhole-locating technologies.
  • Han Niba and Great Xia’s experts chose automated industrial systems, Heavy Engineering Robots, and shipboard shields as their first technology priorities and agreed on phased exchanges.
  • Kona sent most of the documentation for all three selected technologies, and Great Xia’s experts verified that each package was credible and contained no detected traps.

Arc 28The Kona Frontline

Great Xia launched an assault on Kona Satellite with its unmanned forces and allied Terra armies, but the wormhole collapsed and stranded Lin Mo amid a massive demon attack. Lin Mo opened an Astral Portal to reconnect with Great Xia, which began sending reinforcements as Plasma Bugs prepared to bombard the landing zone.

  • Han Niba sent Great Xia’s exchange materials to Kona and prepared ten Pangu Mecha for a landing, while Lin Mo explained that the open wormholes would help Great Xia observe the Demon Clan and eventually counterattack.
  • Lin Mo brought Terra’s Holy Human, Dwarven, Elven, and Half-Orc forces under Great Xia’s command, and their armies deployed across Blue Star to hunt demons and ease pressure on Great Xia’s forces.
  • Nine Pangu Mecha cleared a path through the wormhole to Kona Satellite, then the tenth arrived with an Antimatter Bomb as Great Xia established a forward outpost.
  • Cho'Gath and six Seventh-Order Demon Venerables watched the landing force, while Han Niba’s artillery, nuclear strikes, and robots repelled a massive demon tide and targeted the high-ranking demons.
  • Lin Mo and the Elf elders joined the fight on Kona Satellite, where their magic restrained Burrowing Earth Dragons as Great Xia launched rune nuclear bombs against Cho'Gath and his subordinates.
  • The wormhole collapsed during the battle, cutting off Blue Star and destroying nearby units, so Lin Mo took command of the Unmanned Legion and ordered a retreat to the Second Defense Line.
  • With the isolated forces under pressure and Kona’s toxic air weakening him, Lin Mo completed an Astral Teleportation Array as Cho'Gath intensified the assault and summoned Plasma Bugs from orbit.
  • Lin Mo opened a portal back to Blue Star, and Great Xia restored communications, began moving weapons and equipment through, and detected more than a hundred Plasma Bugs approaching the landing zone.
  • Han Niba launched two Hypersonic Interceptor Missiles at the Plasma Bugs as two of them fired enormous masses of plasma toward the Landing Zone, leaving the interception unresolved.
