This method could only measure the strength of a superpower. Some superpowers differed fundamentally in combat effectiveness, making a complete classification difficult.
For example, no matter how many special factors a pure Space Esper had, they would still struggle to defeat someone with a lower-ranked combat superpower.
Of course, star rankings based on blood factors were the standard method.
To fully assess someone's strength, they still had to take the earlier pyramid classification of superpower types into account. Even at lower ranks, rare superpowers and Order-and-Rule Superpowers could surpass higher-ranked ordinary superpowers.
