They weren't having quite such a wonderful time. At first, a few even tried to charge back inside.
Bai Yaoyao simply had Big Sea toss them farther away, and everyone else immediately abandoned the idea.
Meanwhile, Little Crook and Little Red caught several dozen more Ability Users hiding inside the base and threw them all out too.
If they all stayed together and fought for their lives, they might still have a chance. But if they were thrown into the heart of the battlefield, never mind surviving-they wouldn't even leave an intact corpse. They'd look hideous even as zombies.
So they fought desperately and actually managed to break open a gap. Bai Yaoyao couldn't help marveling at how truly limitless human potential was!
They just hadn't been pushed hard enough! See? Now their potential's coming out! Shouldn't these people be paying me a fee to thank me?!
Bai Yaoyao kept everyone close to her, worried that someone might run out of stamina or encounter danger. This wasn't their territory, so there was no need to risk their lives for it.
