"Chen Luo has mastered Void Walk and Spatial Teleportation. He can cover vast distances, unlike other God Rank fighters. The Heavenly Eye's lock-on isn't much use against him."
"Even if we pinpoint his location, we probably won't catch him. Should we find a way to make him come to us?"
Reisad mused, "We'll use a couple of our prized treasures to lure him in and set an ambush. Given Chen Luo's personality, he should take the bait easily enough."
Just then, the First Prince of the Fuerxi Empire contacted them.
"Your Majesty, Caroline says she planted a mental imprint inside Chen Luo's body. She can now sense his location anytime, anywhere."
