Bai Shu, Qin Luo, and Xu Duoduo agreed that Bai Shu should continue leading alongside Wang Weihu and Chen Xiaofei after their first mission without the usual leaders went wrong. While Chen Xiaofei recovered at home, the team reunited for dinner, where Qin Luo brought him special ointment from Planet P303.

Wang Weihu went drinking and walking with a woman he liked, but his blunt, considerate behavior kept him from recognizing her hints. Though his friends encouraged him to ask her out again, he decided they might not be a good match and headed home with them.

• Wang Weihu chatted with the pretty woman at a tavern while Qin Luo, Xu Duoduo, Chen Xiaofei, and Bai Shu watched from a nearby barbecue place and bet on whether his romance would succeed.
• After dinner, the four secretly followed Wang Weihu and saw him fail to compliment the woman or respond to her hints, even when she suggested taking a walk.
• Chen Xiaofei used his Mutant Ability to create a chilly breeze and falling leaves, but Wang Weihu draped a clean blanket over the woman and called her a car home.
• Wang Weihu discovered his friends had followed them, and they explained that giving the woman his jacket or asking her to stay could have given them a reason to meet again.
• Wang Weihu admitted that he liked the woman but decided to let the romance go because he feared he would hurt her feelings without noticing; he then walked home with his friends.

After another failed experiment, Xiao Qiao and Da Qiao argued, but Da Qiao revealed she planned to buy a larger home with room for them both and their family. Xiao Qiao moved out anyway, and a year later she bought the house next door to Da Qiao’s.

The chapter followed the varied daily lives of people at the thriving base in the Interstellar Age, from students choosing careers to Mutated People settling into ordinary routines. It ended with the Man-Eating Flower Babies enjoying their new home and getting into mischief around the base.

• Le Tianyi shared gifts from his work as an interstellar tour guide, and the three friends ate together and chatted about the base and its warriors.

• He Haoran mass-produced independent Space Cards, grew wealthy, and became the Black Market’s accepted boss after defeating a group from the Wandering Teams.
• He Haoran connected to Headquarters’ network, followed news about 3A, and sold the team Space Cards that they used to help two families.
• He Haoran sheltered his remaining tenants in a mobile castle after reaching the Eighth Tier, helping them survive the Black Market’s darkest period.
• After life returned to Earth, He Haoran learned that 3A had saved the world and became a district governor as plans began to build Sea City in his submerged hometown.

Five years after Mu Enya and Zhang Chi married, they welcomed twins, and 3A gathered with friends to celebrate before a new mission interrupted dinner. The team set out to confront Carrion Insects near a newly appeared wormhole, determined to conquer the stars together.

• Mu Enya and Zhang Chi welcomed healthy twin children, and 3A and their friends visited to play with them.
• Du Chunjiang asked about everyone turning little, bringing back embarrassing memories that made the group blush and laugh.
