He stared ahead, his heart pounding wildly. He felt deeply unsettled, a chill creeping down his spine.

"At one this morning, while we were celebrating the New Year, a camp thirty kilometers outside the Land of Exiles was attacked by swarms of locusts. Nothing in the entire camp was left alive. Further details are still being investigated."
"The Heart of the Order Keeper has already mobilized. The attackers are currently suspected to be mutated locusts, numbering over a hundred thousand and measuring more than three meters each."
Xu Ye frowned.

Was Mr. Airo really going to bring down the Mother Nest at any cost, just to spread panic?
