The Ice Roar Spell's inherent 20% slow combined with the 30% slow from Heartless Romance's talent instantly made Divine King feel as though he were trudging through a bog. His speed dropped by half.
But Divine King was no pushover either. He surged forward again with Brutal Charge, then immediately followed it with a Heaven-Splitting Slash, leaping into the air and slashing at Heartless Romance.
Heartless Romance instantly used Blink to escape, simultaneously covering half the arena in a Sea of Fire. Most infuriating of all, even Flame Sea, with its enormous area of effect, inflicted a 30% slow thanks to his talent.
