This Blueprint World was under the extreme rule of a civilization called the Demon King Civilization.
This civilization had been a branch of the Demon Civilization-the Troll Clan. But after a genius rose from the Troll Clan and acquired dark high minor authority, the Troll Civilization declared its rise!
That genius's Godforsaken Game Codename was Darkness Without End. Under his leadership, the Troll Clan first took complete control of the Demon Civilization, reducing all its other clans to underlings. He even renamed the Demon Civilization the Demon King Civilization.
Then they expanded outward!
Apart from the Angel Civilization, which had sealed itself off, virtually the entire Blueprint World had fallen under Darkness Without End's rule.
In truth, even with dark high minor authority, it was utterly impossible for Darkness Without End to use that alone to rule the entire Land of Order.
So he had not relied entirely on strength...
Instead, he had used all manner of methods to win over the Land of Order's powerful civilizations!
Through threats or inducements, he had ultimately united a total of sixty-six major civilizations, all ranked among the top hundred in the entire Land of Order, into a Demon King Council that jointly ruled the entire Land of Order.
Aside from the Angel Civilization, which remained completely sealed off, every civilization in the Land of Order was now under the Demon King Civilization's rule.
Of course, the Demon King Civilization did not directly administer every civilization beneath it.
Instead, it left them to the other cooperating civilizations, in what amounted to a feudal system. As such, the situation throughout the Land of Order remained quite complicated.
