Back in the world, he prepared for new threats and entered the Ghostly Spirit Painting Scroll, where he struck down its Mythic-Tier boss before it could fully appear.

• Qin Feng completed the Calamity Ancient God’s Survival Challenge after ten days, using the Nine-Faced Helm, invincibility, Death Eulogy, and Deadly Poison to outlast the calamities and claim first place.
• Qin Feng’s ranking displaced Okamoto Takeo and the Eight-Armed Hall Master, costing them their cycle buffs, while the Calamity Spirits awarded Qin Feng Hand of Calamity and a chance to choose a follower.
• Qin Feng chose the Frost Sprite as his follower, named her Lingche, and returned to the Godforsaken Game, where Sarah asked him to restore her combat talent and agreed to lure Luti Xier to Coconut Country’s City Ruins.

• When the Ghostly Spirit Painting Scroll activated near Mountain City Ruins, it trapped more than two hundred players inside while its avatar hunted their loved ones outside.
• Qin Feng entered the Scroll Space with Gui Ling and ordered the trapped players to stop watching the dances, explaining that the spectacle endangered their loved ones and could turn them into Puppets.
• Qin Feng used Shadow Perception to notice a White-Clad Woman bound to Mountain City Ning Caichen’s shattered mirror, then focused on the painting boss as the players chose to fight rather than flee.
• The Resentful Painting Spirit attacked Qin Feng after its dance, but he used Meld into Darkness and struck it twice, dealing 109.918 billion damage and making it vanish before it fully appeared.

Qin Feng conquered the Illusory Dream Well’s twentieth floor, gaining the Eye of Illusion and an unprecedented Primordial authority. He then reached the Himalayas to confront the second World Spine, whose opening attack killed players who had ignored his evacuation warning.

• Qin Feng and Gui Ling defeated the Resentful Painting Spirit, and Qin Feng repaired Little Monster by the South River’s mirror in exchange for learning the White-Clad Woman’s skill.
• Qin Feng learned Illusory Favor and strengthened his abilities before entering the Illusory Dream Well and defeating its Diamond Tier guardians.
• Qin Feng cleared the twentieth-floor maze by copying the Illusory Dream God’s patterns, gathering five afterimages on Magic Arrays, and destroying their combined form.
• Qin Feng received the Eye of Illusion, an inactive Primordial authority, and a God-Chosen Slate, while Shaowei became a Witness to his inheritance.

Qin Feng killed the second World Spine, grew stronger, and claimed the Abyss Lone Wolf’s bloodline before defeating Shulakimir and taking Blood Cry. Shulakimir pledged allegiance, and Qin Feng left with a powerful new subordinate and the means to judge him.

• Qin Feng broke World Spine · Mountain’s shield, killed it with stacked Shadow Blade damage, and destroyed all 9,999 pieces of its rubble before it could resurrect.
• Qin Feng examined the boss’s loot, evolved Annihilation Blade into an Old-Day skill, and later reached level 45 and prepared to challenge the Path of Finality.
• Verzhini trapped players from thirteen Busan guilds in a Moonlight Cage, and Qin Feng arrived, transferred Shulakimir’s corpse connections to Verzhini, and killed him with Annihilation Blade.
• Qin Feng killed the Abyss Lone Wolf and claimed its Diamond Tier bloodline, then sent the Great Cold Country players to the White Jade Maze and took Shulakimir’s Old-Day Starry-Sky Fish Scale and Containment Card.
