Shikkōgai Musashi tightened his grip and crushed the blade in Minina's hand. She sprang back and eyed the strange man warily.
"The Gotei 13 really does get worse with every generation," Shikkōgai Musashi said with a sigh.
Komamura forced himself to his feet despite the pain. "I'm sorry. I failed in my duty to the Gotei 13."
"I was going to beat you up, but forget it. You stood your ground even in the face of death, so you haven't disgraced our Seventh Division. You boys over there, carry your captain away. Leave the rest to me." A savage grin spread across Shikkōgai Musashi's face.

A crazed grin broke across Shikkōgai Musashi's face. "It's been ages since I had a proper fight. Bankai! Eight Directions Annihilation!"
The Zanpakuto in his hand shattered, its fragments sinking into his body. His physical strength surged past its limits.
As Minina charged in, Shikkōgai Musashi met her with a punch.
Their fists collided like two meteors. A blazing flash lit up the entire battlefield.
