Ten minutes later, Ye Lin closed the exchange option for Immortal Sin after all.
It wasn't that he wanted to give up. After he and Li Tianyang repeatedly worked through their next exam, they both concluded that exchanging for it now was too risky.
First, activating Immortal Sin would draw the attention of an unknown entity. When he had used the Book of Questions and Answers earlier, he had discovered an immensely powerful presence within the Fengdu Instance.
If it noticed them, they would very likely die in there.
Second, the abilities of the sin of greed were better suited to a battlefield. Neither Particle Torrent nor devouring matter was particularly compatible with Fengdu's paranormal setting.
After careful consideration, Ye Lin could only postpone the exchange.
If he was going to get it, he would have to wait until he returned from his next exam.
Of course, the main reason was still that he had too few points. After exchanging for Immortal Sin, he would barely have enough left for some medicine, and nothing else.

Although the real world might no longer be able to receive their messages, if one happened to get through, perhaps they would find a reply waiting when they returned next time.
