Su Ming did not immediately return to space. Instead, he once again arrived above Carol's old home, the wooden house built on a tiny peninsula.

The surrounding trees and ground looked as though they had been ravaged by a typhoon, while Carol remained as lively as ever, as if she had not expended much effort.

That was normal. Compared to other Zerg, the Brood had no truly powerful individuals. Even their former Brood Queen had been killed by Apocalypse thousands of years ago. There was now an enormous gap in strength between them and Carol.
