Things were more or less as he had guessed. There was no one in the palace now. The Inhumans were gathered around the collapsed council hall, digging through something. A man in a black bodysuit silently wept as he clawed at the rubble with both hands like a dog.
Worth mentioning, there really was a dog digging beside him. It was larger than a calf. Though it looked like an ordinary Shar-Pei, its size was absurdly enormous.
A group followed behind him, looking as though they had no idea what to say and were at a loss.
When Su Ming and Carol landed, they happened to see guards shackle an unconscious man in a leather jacket, foam spilling from his mouth, and drag him away in chains. Everyone cast disgusted looks at him.
