Flying the Quinjet, the four quickly arrived above Empire State University while remaining cloaked.
Half the campus had been reduced to ruins. The steel frames amid the wreckage had been twisted into all sorts of bizarre shapes, and beneath the moonlight, they looked like the claws of a monster reaching out in the night, especially savage.

They hammered each other with their fists. The sound of flesh meeting flesh was like thunder, while rings of shockwaves sent vast clouds of dust swirling through the air and made the ground quake violently.
