This designation was Earth-10113519, an Earth in the Post-Apocalyptic Era.
In this world, Professor X and Magneto worked together seamlessly. They unanimously believed that Mutants were a more advanced form of intelligent life, the direction of future evolution, while humans should be eliminated and submit to Mutant rule.
Through the efforts of the X-Gang and the Brotherhood, they successfully triggered a global nuclear war. Put simply, they lurked in the shadows, took control of the United States' nuclear weapons to attack nuclear-armed nations around the world, then used mass Mind Control to make those under attack retaliate at the same time.
Nuclear strikes, nuclear retaliation—within just a few hours, humanity lost 99% of its population. Then the Mutants stepped into the spotlight, clearing out the human Survivors on Earth and preparing to take over this insane world.
They themselves had also been exposed to Nuclear Radiation and underwent all sorts of mutations, but that only made them more grotesque and more powerful.
The Spider-Man driving up front was codenamed Spider-Lord. Due to Nuclear Radiation, his entire body was as ragged as Deadpool's and gave off a strange odor.
But he was a Superhero. He was currently leading several Survivors in hiding beneath the Queens crater, and had even gone to an undamaged Ovum Bank to obtain the last pure Human Gene Samples in the world, which he kept carefully preserved.
