The world underwater was breathtaking. Beneath the deep blue, all the clamor of the city seemed far away.

Sunlight fell on the gently rippling surface, casting patterns across the shallows like glimmering fish scales. The fine white sand looked like strange, sparkling dust Goblins might use to lull people to sleep.

"It's beautiful. Zero Three and the others should have come with us." Aphra turned her head this way and that, as though trying to commit every sight to memory. "All we had to do was ride your Cloak down here, and we don't even have to worry about getting wet."

"It's just a little use of magic. The Cloak of Levitation could carry people across the Milky Way Galaxy without breaking a sweat. Going underwater is even easier." Su Ming reached toward the water held back by an invisible barrier, and Strangle immediately gave him the results of his analysis.

Though it looked like an ocean, the water was fresh, much like bottled mineral water. It was probably connected to every other body of water on the planet.

Sure enough, even planets in the Outer Rim Territories could have very different fates. This one was clearly well suited to intelligent life. Its freshwater reserves alone were more than sufficient.

Perhaps this planet had been made by the Celestials too? Franlo might have been a half-finished trial run, while this was the ideal result.
