Master and student chatted as they walked through the deserted streets of the small town. The mist was filled with some unknown force that seemed to limit human minds, restricting the range of their vision.
A yellow line ran beneath their feet in the middle of the road, but just three steps away, there was nothing but blank whiteness. For now, they could only rely on their sense of smell to find another door out of here.
This was rather different from Su Ming's original plan. He had intended to take Magik through the wilderness of the Inner World, cross the forests of Middle World, and finally reach the scorched land of End World. He would simplify the more complicated problem, follow one of the six pillars of light, find the Dark Tower, and settle everything.
