There was no need to worry that a conquered Earth would bring no profits. Even if they just fenced off a plot of land, built a plantation, and threw some Black people in to grow cotton, there was still money to be made from this Earth.

Level-five Kaiju had begun to appear, and many models were ones Su Ming had never even seen in the comics. It seemed that the pressure from humanity had caused the Forerunners' biological technology to advance by leaps and bounds.

It was a perfect cycle.

They developed new Kaiju, sent them over to be killed, and the Black general resold them to merchants. Su Ming, meanwhile, paid in mechs in exchange for Kaiju corpses, which he brought home for Adjutant to reverse-engineer their biotechnology.

Doing biological research on Earth was still somewhat dangerous. Even Su Ming's own laboratory researching zombie engineering had to be placed in the Savage Land before he could feel at ease.
