The droplet-shaped spacecraft hid amid a patch of dim starlight in the distance. Loki twirled his long wavy hair around a finger and smiled. "The Guardians of the Galaxy have some skills. Who would have thought they knew such cosmic secrets? There's a hidden planetary system here. There must be some interesting treasure inside, heh heh."
His curiosity had been piqued again. He had originally only intended to follow the Guardians of the Galaxy and watch the show, but he had not expected such an unexpected windfall.
The universe truly was mysterious.
"It could also be a secret base of the Space Marauders." Sif had naturally seen it as well.
After noticing the Guardians of the Galaxy's oddly flying ship earlier, they had quietly followed it from behind. Now, they had witnessed this fantastical scene. That planetary system seemed as though it had leaped out of the darkness.
"Heh heh, not very likely, my Lady Sif."
Loki gave his conclusion without hesitation. He lounged seductively behind the pilot's seat, his expression seeming to say that Sif was childish, yet he spoke gently over the former Valkyrie's head. "If this were a Marauders base, the Guardians of the Galaxy would never have found it. Those people are no warm, united family. They are Space Mercenaries. Tell me, what Mercenary who discovered such a hidden treasure trove would share it with his peers?"
