"I'm marrying all four of you!"
Once Barry had made up his mind, he was a man of action. He immediately stood up, looked at each of their faces in turn, and finally said to Patty:
"Sorry. You're all important to me, and I can't do without any of you. But if you—"
He was still somewhat guilty. He wasn't as resolute as Deathstroke, nor could he imagine what life would be like afterward.
"No, I don't have a habit of giving away what's mine and slinking off with my tail between my legs." Patty crossed her arms and looked crookedly at the other three women. "I can share him with them, but they need to know they owe me."
"No problem." Jessica agreed immediately. She wasn't usually even on Earth anyway.
"Thank you, Patty. You're so nice." Iris immediately hugged the female supervisor, wiping her tears and snot on Patty's shoulder. "Whatever compensation you want, we can discuss it. I'm always willing to talk to you about anything."
There she went again. But this time, Patty was the target of the conversation. Maybe that was a good thing?
Everyone had split Patty's boyfriend among themselves. She sounded generous now, but she definitely wasn't happy about it inside. She would need someone to talk to, and Iris was truly good at talking—good enough to talk people into being afraid.
At least, that was what Su Ming thought from outside the window. Probably not even Little Bug or Deadpool could match her evenly. They would need to find Tang Sanzang from A Chinese Odyssey to manage that.
It couldn't be helped. Although Spider-Man and Deadpool talked plenty of nonsense, neither of them tended to go in circles. Iris was a grandmaster of circular talk.
