The thick smell of sulfur gradually faded. Maze was a very decisive woman; when she said she was leaving, she left. She was clearly planning to go home and savor today's experience alone. After all, when doing certain things, even demons, shameless as they were, still preferred privacy.
The lava pool on the ground rapidly shrank, soon reverting to ordinary earth. Only the missing patch of lawn proved that something had happened here.
"Another new term. Tsk." Su Ming carried Kitty toward the big tree. From afar, he could see Deadpool sprawled on the ground like a puddle of mud, but he was not worried in the slightest. As though he had not seen him, he continued discussing business. "A Source Wall grew there, and it was somewhere beyond the Source Wall? A fixed location within Hypertime."
There were too many contradictions. He did not even know where to begin mocking it.
Hypertime was a metaphysical Concept Collective, much like Marvel's Omniverse. It had no material form, so there could not possibly be any fixed locations within it.
And since it was called the Prometheus Domain, territory worthy of being called a "domain" generally would not be small.
So why had no one discovered it before? Even if humanity did not know, did demons and Dream not know either?
"So the Source Wall was originally a plant?" Kitty was considering something else. It thought of things with thick shells, like walnuts and lychees.
The Source Wall had originally wrapped around Multiverse 1, separating that multiverse from the outside world, preventing the darkness within it from spreading while also imprisoning the Totality that contained Perpetua.
Humans, animals, and stories all lived inside that cage. Looking at it that way, did it not resemble a walnut?
