But that was not the entirety of his plan. Ever since arriving in the Marvel Universe, he had been preparing for every possible future scenario. If the Fourth Secret Wars broke out, he had dozens of plans ready to deal with it.
The plan involving Franklin was not even high priority in his eyes. He was not Doom, nor did he want to become some God Emperor.
In the comics, the one who ultimately became the God Emperor was Doom from Earth-616, not Su Ming, this Doom from the 40K Universe.
When the plans of two Dooms collided, who would win? Su Ming could not guarantee it. But Doom of Earth-616 should have already obtained Molecule Man, while the Doom on his side only had a Loki whom he had just abandoned.
Therefore, Su Ming did not think highly of Doom's prospects. If Doom continued down this path, he would undoubtedly be sending Valeria and Franklin to their deaths for nothing, turning them into an experience package for Doom of Earth-616.
