As he spoke, he held the ring up before him. Green Lantern John merely shrugged. If it were him, he would never use his ring to analyze cosmic space. Even if it reached a conclusion, what use was getting a pile of data?
Just like Kyle now, the Lantern Ring had provided conclusions and data, but no one here could understand them. His attempt to show off had backfired and become rather awkward, like flaunting his own lack of education.
John quietly sighed. Kyle had always been sincere and down-to-earth. Living so genuinely had both advantages and disadvantages.

John spoke up to break the silence. Light from outside the window made his dark face flicker between brightness and shadow. "In any case, the situation outside is complicated. Anyone going out needs to be careful."
Starman smiled at him. "Thank you for your concern, but I can hear the universe whispering to me at every moment. It is clearer than ever now. Yet there is a trace of noise in that wonderful music. We came here to restore its harmony."
John and Kyle exchanged glances. Look at him—neither of them understood it, so why did Starman's way of changing the subject seem so sophisticated?
Starman raised his thumb above his shoulder, a gesture
