Chapter Summaries

Captain Peggy and the Adjutant sent expanding teams of heroes into Parallel Worlds to find survivors and investigate the zombie outbreak. Deathstroke then visited Miles at his home with Jessica Jones, Skye, and Loki, and they sat down to eat together.

• Captain Peggy, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Gears of War, and other heroes volunteered to join rescue missions, so the Adjutant formed thirteen exploration teams and sent them into new worlds.
• Gwenpool and Daisy returned with Indian Spider-Man and more than three hundred survivors, and the Adjutant arranged for them to be settled.
• Iron Fist from Another World and other heroes volunteered for missions, and the Adjutant sent twenty more teams to Parallel Worlds.
• The Adjutant contacted Kaecilius and told him to accelerate Primarch production as she monitored thirty-three Parallel Universes.
• Su Ming visited Miles with Jessica Jones, Skye, and Loki, and Miles welcomed them into his home.

Deathstroke and his companions shared dinner with Miles before checking the news on Earth-1610 and learning how its fractured society faced zombie hordes. Deathstroke told Miles that a new multiversal crisis threatened all humanity, and Miles realized it was a biohazard crisis.

• Miles saw zombies overrun the street, and Deathstroke ordered Loki to seal the house while Skye hacked communications satellites for information.

• Su Ming and the others discovered Ms. Drew asleep amid empty liquor and medication bottles in her apartment.
• Jessica and Jewel discussed the harsh choices agents faced, while Miles insisted he would not kill anyone.
• Miles used purified water and a wet cloth to wake Ms. Drew, who sat up and reached for the gun beneath her pillow.
• Deathstroke showed Ms. Drew the zombie horde outside and explained that the virus spread across the multiverse.
• Deathstroke and the others left on the flying carpet to find Nick Fury.

Doctor Doom and Thanos watched the Beyonders overwhelm Eternity, while Deathstroke explained the cosmic hierarchy to his team on Earth-1610. Eternity returned with several of his siblings to face the invaders, and Deathstroke assured his group they would survive the day.

• A bald Beyonder blasted Eternity away with a beam, and Doctor Doom told Thanos the beings viewed their universe as insignificant.
• Namor feared the Beyonders meant to kill everyone, while Doctor Doom continued adjusting his plans.
• Eternity returned with Infinity, Galactus, Order, Chaos, and the In-Betweener to confront the Beyonders.
