Xiao Tian entered the Tai Su Heaven Secret Realm to gather Tai Su Dao Crystals and strengthen himself, only to realize his new master had not passed on the Tai Su Emperor Scripture. After defeating a Tai Su Dao Beast, he spotted a powerful Azure Heaven Lineage talent and considered robbing the other entrants.
Xiao Tian reached the Azure Heaven Lineage prodigy in the Tai Su Heaven Secret Realm, then decided to rob other cultivators after judging how many Tai Su Dao Crystals they could earn. He knocked out Lei Ao, took his valuables, and left him an image recording that revealed Ying'er with Ruo Han; the Tai Su Emperor watched the robbery and wondered what Xi Yue would think of her disciple.
Xiao Tian robbed Lei Ao and Heifeng in the Tai Su Heaven Secret Realm, while avoiding Bai Xi and deciding to target the Six Heavenly Clans. The Tai Su Emperor showed Xi Yue her new disciple’s exploits, as Heifeng’s furious master began searching for the culprit.
The Tai Su Emperor showed Xi Yue that her supposedly forgotten disciple Xiao Tian had cultivated nine Emperor Character Dao Marks and was robbing Cang Lu in the Tai Su Heaven Secret Realm. Xiao Tian escaped with Cang Lu’s treasures, while Cang Lu woke with a persistent Dao-rule lump on the back of his head and vowed revenge.
Xiao Tian ambushed Heavenly Prodigies from the Six Heavenly Clans after they finished fighting Dao beasts, stealing their Tai Su Dao Crystals and treasures. He moved on to Bai Yiyi of the White Heaven Lineage, preparing to attack her.
Xiao Tian robbed Bai Yiyi and several other cultivators in the Tai Su Heaven Secret Realm before Immortal King Xi Yue summoned him and bestowed powerful treasures. After learning that using “Heaven” in his name could provoke the Six Heavenly Clans, he decided to call himself Xiao for now.
After seventy-nine years of seclusion, Xiao Tian reached half-step immortal perfection and joined the Official Disciple Competition, while Hun Ying prepared to compete in the supreme domain. The chapter ended as Xiao Tian faced two veteran half-step immortals, a Double-Pupil Bird and a Taowu.
Xiao Tian defeated the Double-Pupil Bird and Taowu with his flamboyant Tai Su techniques and advanced to the final twelve of the half-step immortal competition. When the twelve were ordered into a free-for-all, Xi Yue told him to eliminate two Six Heavenly Lineage disciples, and Xiao Tian challenged Cang Lu to fight one-on-one.
Xiao Tian defeated Cang Lu and Huang Liang in the Tai Su Daoist Temple competition, then pretended to suffer a backlash from his power. Immortal King Xi Yue confirmed their elimination before the Half-Step Immortal rankings continued.
Zixia Immortal Maiden destroyed the Primordial Imperial City, plunging the Nine Heavens and Ten Earths into the Final Dharma Era and blocking the Foreign Realm’s Immortal Kings from crossing for centuries. Above the Heavens, Xiao Tian faced Qing Shan in the Cloud Sea Battlefield’s final duels and revealed a powerful defensive technique.
Xiao Tian defeated Qing Shan in the tournament, then advanced through byes to the final against Bai Yiyi. Bai Yiyi offered to become his woman if he won, but her powerful opening attacks forced Xiao Tian to reveal more of his abilities as the fight began.
Xiao Tian defeated Bai Yiyi by trapping her in his material water attacks, and the Half-Step Immortal division’s top ten were set. The contests moved on to challenges between divisions, where the White Tiger Half-Step Immortal overwhelmed the Supreme division’s top ten and Qing Shan challenged Ruo Han.
Xiao Tian defeated Zhu Ying in a challenge, claimed her body as spoils, and earned four hundred Tai Su Dao Crystals. After surveying the higher-ranked True Immortals, he challenged the eighth-ranked Bi Fang and began another battle.
Xiao Tian defeated Bi Fang, Qiongqi, and the Saint Spirit woman to climb the inner-sect rankings, revealing the devastating power of his Three Lights Divine Water. After seeing the reward for beating the fifth-ranked Chaos Wind-Fire Mutant Divine Spirit, he decided the challenge was worth the risk.
Xiao Tian concealed his strength while completing a century of seclusion and breaking through to True Immortal, suppressing the Buzhou Mountain Gourd Vine manifestation throughout his tribulation. He ended the chapter at True Immortal Entry peak, with his physical body and Primordial Spirit at Immortal King Entry level and his innate abilities newly enhanced.
After Xiao Tian became a True Immortal, he joined Tai Su Emperor’s group as they traveled to the gulf between worlds, where factions would compete for entry spots. The other Quasi-Immortal Emperors arrived and revealed their longstanding infatuation with Tai Su Emperor, leaving Xiao Tian astonished by their behavior.
The Quasi-Immortal Emperors gathered for a disciples’ competition, where the White Emperor’s feud with the Tai Su Emperor drew criticism from her rivals and admirers. Xiao Tian entered the free-for-all determined to win extra places for the Tai Su Daoist Temple, while the other factions’ disciples received suspicious instructions to help eliminate his team.
Xiao Tian used his three water origins and evolved water-world domain to eliminate the opposing lineages’ Heavenly Prodigies, securing the Tai Su Daoist Temple’s victory. Before he entered the World Chasm, the Tai Su Emperor rewarded him with Tai Su Dao Crystals and Tai Su Liquid that could grant him Immortal King-level combat strength.
Xiao Tian explored Lesser Thousand Worlds in the Chaos Sea for more than forty years, gathering rare treasures before returning to the Perfect World. There, he learned how the Heavenly Abyss’s collapse and the spread of dark corrosion had devastated the Nine Heavens and Ten Earths, while Shi Hao fought to defend it and wondered where Xiao Tian had gone.
Shi Hao and Xiao Tian confronted the Dark Creatures and Immortal Domain cultivators threatening the Three Thousand Dao Provinces, while Shi Hao rejected the puppy’s despairing vision of the future. The chapter ended with Shi Hao purging hostile factions, Wang Changsheng killing his ten sons to protect his family, and the Eight Regions continuing to prosper.
As the Final Dharma Era descended, heaven’s blades killed cultivators and weakened the world, while Xiao Tian remained unaffected. He rescued Shi Hao from three True Immortals who had ambushed him, then revealed he had broken through to True Immortal; the chapter ended with Shi Hao anticipating how their master, Grand Elder Meng Tianzheng, would react to being surpassed.
Xiao Tian reunited with Meng Tianzheng, revealed that he had become a True Immortal and was expecting twins with Hun Ying, and offered Meng Tianzheng resources for his own breakthrough. He then met the Lord of the Forbidden Zone and three other ancient experts, discussed Pu Demon King's remaining contingencies, and prepared to forge an alliance with them.
Xiao Tian offered the White-Clothed Immortal King and three other wandering Immortal Kings a chance to regain their bodies in exchange for five million years of service. After they agreed, he used Three Lights Divine Water to begin restoring them, leaving Shi Hao to witness Xiao Tian’s treatment.
Xiao Tian visited the White-Clothed Immortal King and the revived Immortal Kings, then brought Red Dragon Ge Gu and Xiao Xun'er to meet the recovering True Dragon. After giving Xiao Xun'er the Five Elements Dao Lotus, Xiao Tian led the group to the Kunpeng Lair to continue helping the Female Kunpeng undergo rebirth.
Xiao Tian helped the Female Kunpeng awaken and reunited her with old acquaintances before leaving with Shi Hao to pursue their cultivation. Over the next 145 years, Xiao Tian strengthened his forces, revived Ghost Master, and studied the Indestructible Scripture at Immortal-Fall Ridge.
