Confusion flickered across Ice Empress's face at his words.
"Your clothes fell apart on their own. We didn't take them off!"
The corner of Chen Jue's mouth twitched, and he gave an awkward smile.
I thought I'd woken up to find my innocence gone...

Then his tone shifted, taking on a teasing edge.

Ice Empress rolled her eyes at his words and parted her red lips with a soft huff.
"We were checking whether you were hurt. Who was looking at your body?"
With that, she reached out and gently pinched the soft flesh at Chen Jue's waist.
"How did I never notice how shameless you were before?"
Her voice carried a touch of playful scolding.
Chen Jue parted his lips and let out a low sound.
"Hiss."
Then, with a movement that brooked no resistance, he gently pulled Ice Empress into his arms.
"You just don't know me well enough yet. We should find a chance to get to know each other more deeply!"
